The magazine “Giant” is featuring an interview with Dwanye Johnson where he is asked if it bothers him if people still refer to him or call him The Rock. Johnson responded, “People ask if I mind if they call me The Rock. There’s no visceral reaction for me that ?No, you can?t.? The Rock is a nickname, and people call me that all the time, and it’s fine. It’s a damn cool nickname, too. I knew eventually I was going to be billed as ?Dwayne Johnson. It felt right to me because The Rock was a character I loved?.I thought, ?If I?m going to get to ?Dwayne Johnson,? we?ll just let it happen naturally.”
