According to a new report by PWInsider, although not announced publicly, The Briscoes (Mark and Jay) signed brand new contracts about three months ago with Ring of Honor.
The Briscoes defeated the Guerrillas of Destiny at last night’s Manhattan Mayhem to win the ROH World Tag Team Championships for the 11th time. The Briscoes will defend the tag titles against The Bouncers tonight at Mass Hysteria in Lowell, MA.
The Briscoes, over-all have been with Ring of Honor since 2002, with the exception of when the duo worked for Pro Wrestling Unplugged from 2005 to 2006, returning to ROH in 2006.
Jay Briscoe wrestled at Ring of Honor’s first-ever show The Era of Honor Begins that took place at the former arena of ECW on February 23, 2002.
