Further details have emerged in the sexual assault allegation against Jose A. Rodriguez Chucuan, better known as Alberto Del Rio or Alberto El Patron.

After information came out that Rodriguez Chucuan was arrested on Saturday, May 9 in San Antonio for alleged sexual assault, more details have come to light about the allegations.

TMZ Sports obtained the police report about the complaint made by the alleged victim. On May 3, Rodriguez Chucuan accused her of being unfaithful, smashing her phone and attempting to burn her passport.

The attack began around 10 p.m. on May 3 and ended around 2:30 p.m. on May 4. Rodriguez Chucuan attacked her and caused multiple injuries. He also choked the alleged victim and put a sock in her mouth, which inhibited her breathing ability. During the incident, Rodriguez Chucuan sexually assaulted her with his “penis and other body parts.” This sexual activity is emphasized as not being consensual.

The alleged victim said she is afraid of Rodriguez Chucuan and planned on leaving San Antonio. The responding officer said he saw multiple bruises on the woman.

Rodriguez Chucuan was arrested for domestic violence and aggravated sexual assault, a 2nd degree felony. His bail was set at $50,000, which was posted. He was released from jail around 3:30 a.m. on May 10.
