NWA President Billy Corgan took to social media to announce the main event of NWA Back For The Attack PPV, which will take place this Sunday, March 21 at 4:00 pm ET.
Corgan thanked the fans for their patience and noted the NWA has a new broadcast partner in FITE TV. He then went on to announce that Aron Stevens will challenge Nick Aldis for the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion in remembrance of Joseph Hudson, best known as The Question Mark in the NWA.
Corgan further stated that he believed Hudson’s tag team partner, and friend, Stevens should receive the championship opportunity in his honor.
Aldis has held the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship since October 21, 2018 when he defeated Cody Rhodes at the NWA 70th Anniversary show.
Hudson passed last month from an undiagnosed medical issue.
