AEW star Andrade, AAA star Bestia del Ring, Dragon Lee and ROH stars Kenny King and Rush have withdrawn from Federación Wrestling’s debut PPV event that is scheduled for June 19.
Rush noted the reason pulled out was for “logistical issues.” It is not known why the other scheduled talent have withdrawn from the event.
According to Lucha Pro Wrestling Blogger Rob Viper (@RobViper), Federación Wrestling’s PPV is going to be canceled Tuesday or Wednesday.
The main event was scheduled to be Andrade, Bestia del Ring, Rush and a surprise partner vs. Jay Briscoe, Mark Briscoe, Matt Taven and PJ Black.
I was just messaging someone yesterday discussing what a terrible look it was going to be for Andrade, Rush & others (to a lesser extent than the other two) if they showed up Saturday to work in front of a 10% packed building on the biggest bomb of an event since CRASH CDMX.
