Hello everyone, JerseyViper here with the results from the 2nd night of the NJPW East Coast Invasion Tour, tonight from Pier 36 in Basketball City in the mecca of pro wrestling, New York City. Here are the results from the show.

Match Number One: Kenny Omega defeated “The True Professional” Josh Daniels by pinfall with a roll-up after hitting the Electric Chair.

Match Number Two: Jushin “Thunder” Liger, Tiger Mask & Dan Maff defeated Shinsuke Nakamara, Jado & Gedo by pinfall after Liger pinned Jado with a German Suplex.

Match Number Three: IWGP Tag Team Champions Giant Benard & Karl Anderson defeated Satoshi Kojima & Hideo Saito by pinfall after Benard pinned Saito with a leaping Tombstone Piledriver.

Match Number Four: “The Notorious 187” Homicide, “The Lone Wolf” Davey Richards, & “The War Machine” Rhino defeated Togi Makabe, Ryusuke Taguchi & Kazuchika Okada by pinfall when Rhino pinned Taguchi with the Gore.

Match Number Five for the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Title: Prince Devitt(c) defeated Low-Ki to retain the title by pinfall with a brainbuster.

Match Number Six in the Semi-Finals of the Tournament to crown the 1st IWGP Intercontiental Champion: Toru Yano defeated Yujiro Takahashi by pinfall with a slam after sending Takahashi into a steel chair wedged in the corner.

Match Number Seven in the Semi-Finals of the Tournament to determine the 1st IWGP Intercontiental Champion: MVP defeated Tetsuya Naito by submission after hitting the Playmaker and then locking in a unique submission move to force Naito to tap out.

After the match, Toru Yano, who will face MVP in the finals tomorrow to crown the 1st IWGP Intercontiental Champion, attacked MVP from behind and laid him out with an umbrella. Yano then stood over MVP, mocking him as the crowd booed in disapproval.

Main Event for the IWGP World Title: Hiroshi Tanahashi(c) defeated Charlie Haas to retain the title by pinfall after the Frog Splash.
