Per a report by Deadline, actor Holt McCallany will play Fritz Von Erich in “The Iron Claw.” The new film will be a biopic on the legendary Von Erich family.
McCallany joins Zac Efron (Kevin Von Erich), Harris Dickinson (David Von Erich), and Jeremy Allen White (Kerry Von Erich) in the cast for the upcoming film.
McCallany co-starred in Netflix’s “Mindhunter” television series. He also starred in the FX series “Lights Out.” Deadline also notes in their report that McCallany recently wrapped shooting “Mission: Impossible: Dead Reckoning” alongside Tom Cruise, “Nightmare Alley” with Bradley Cooper, and “61st Street” for AMC.
