All UK fans that purchased tickets from oneprowresting.com have been lied to, let down and left in debt without anything to show for it…
If you are like me, a HBK loyalist, this sounded like a once in a lifetime opportunity to meet Shawn Michaels. A Company that has had Ric Flair, RVD and Bret Hart over this side of the pond sounds legitimate…
My fears started when FSM magazine here in the UK ran a big article on DODGY DANNY, Danny Rodd, so called owner of 1PW. After dodgy deal after dodgy deal, bankruptcy and good lord who knows what else, he made another comeback, even Terry Funk hasn’t made this many.
I actually had the pleasure, if you can call it that of speaking to Danny Rodd in Feb, and he assured me everything was fantastic and that HBK was on his way to the UK. I bought 2 tickets for photos with Shawn, and 2 for autographs I knew it would be worth spending nearly £100 as HBK was, well is, my hero. He told me that in June tickets would be sent out, and after posting pictures of them on his site, oneprowrestling.com, in July people still believed it would happen. A Video appearance by HBK himself only made people believe in it more, if Shawn Michaels is advertising it, then it has to be real.
As any of you good people who bought tickets know, 1PW HAS CLOSED, DONE A RUNNER WITH THE MONEY AND BASCIALLY DANNY RODD HAS PUT A BIG BULLSEYE ON HIS CHEST…I hope HBK’s people sue him for everything and anything, and Dodgy Danny needs to be behind bars…
I have gone from not waiting for the moment I meet Shawn Michaels, to having the police come to my house to take a statement about this situation…That situation is all down to 1PW and Danny Rodd
Here is a little advice guys…
• Get your paypal transaction numbers…I know paypal only covers you by 45 days, but you will need your transaction numbers to get anywhere…
• You need to contact the police and inform them of Danny Rodd and 1PW, more of us that do it, the better it is.
• Get in contact with your bank, as most banks will cover you for this type of thing…
• I have done all the above, and I am hopeful of getting my money back off the HSBC, it will take 2-3 weeks…
Now, I know it might be a little bit of a long shot, but we need help from HBK himself. Obviously for legal reason he might be able to comment on this situation, BUT IF HE CAN, we need Shawn to a little bit, put us in the picture of what is going on with this terrible situation…
We still want, in the future, HBK to come to the UK, so many fans would want to see him, but right now, we all need to focus on getting our money back…
