TMZ.com is reporting that Matt Hardy is back in jail after being asked to leave his rehabilitation center for failing an alcohol test. Hardy was ordered by the Court of Moore County in North Carolina to attend rehab or go to jail. Hardy had one more month of rehab to go before leaving. Hardy was arrested as soon as he stepped off the plane in North Carolina. He is now being held in jail on a $1 million bond.
