PWInsider has reported that Bobby Wales has passed away.
The former Championship Wrestling from Florida star was a mainstay on the promotion’s programming, teaming with Tyree Pride as The Caribbean Connection in the state’s NWA territory and working with names like Lex Luger, Kevin Sullivan, and The Great Muta among others.
Wales went on to become a promoter in Florida before taking his skills to Jamaica to started up Caribbean Wrestling Entertainment as a way to give back to his local community in Scott’s Hall, St. Mary.
