Former AEW TNT Champion Miro wrestled his first match in almost 14 months at this Qatar Pro-Wrestling’s Super Slam III event in Doha, Qatar, which took place this weekend. He last wrestled at the 2023 AEW World’s End pay-per-view, defeating Andrade who was leaving for WWE.
Miro wrestled former WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio, who has been going by Alberto El Patron since his release from WWE. Patron is the current AAA MEGA Champion.
LuchaLibreOnline posted pictures to their X account, noting that the event will be available March 2 on TrillerTV (formerly known as FITE TV).
Other media outlets are reporting that Mick Foley, Matt Cardona, Nic Nemeth and Mustafa Ali also appeared on show.
It is believed that Miro will be headed soon to WWE.
