In what turned out to be a bloody classic match, Mistico defeated MJF on Friday night to win the CMLL Light Heavyweight Championship and keep his mask.
The match was part of the CMLL 92nd Anniversary show at Arena Mexico in Mexico City.
According to F4WOnline, the finish saw Mistico superkick MJF and then connect with the with the la mistica to get the win.
MJF faces Mark Briscoe at Saturday’s All Out at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto in a Tables n’ Tacks Match.
