What led to Jeff Hardy’s arrest

According to a report by The Fayetteville Observer, the Fayetteville Police Department received a tip a few days ago which led to the search and discovery of 262 Vicodin prescription pills, 180 Soma prescription pills, 55 milliliters of anabolic steroids, a residual amount of powder cocaine and items of drug paraphernalia with an estimated street value of $2,500.

Who gave the tip leading to Hardy’s arrest is unknown at this time. A full police report is scheduled to be released on Monday so additional details should be out by then. The full press release from the Moore County Police Department can be read at this link detailing all items found.

It should also be noted that the planned Jeff Hardy DVD release by WWE, which was scheduled for a Christmas release, has been pulled at the moment for obvious reasons according to The Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online. It is possible the release could be back on if Hardy is cleared of all the charges being brought against him, but they obviously have no intent of issuing a DVD release with charges still pending.
