Six man mayhem! MVP clashes with an Ego – C*4 kicks off 2013 this Saturday!
This Saturday night, C*4 kicks off 2013 with “Rise Above”, as season six continues with the best in Canadian professional wrestling.
With a loaded card already announced, with some first time ever encounters and several heated grudge matches.
Right now, we have two more exciting contests to round out the show!
First up, another major first time encounter – between two men who both think very highly of themselves – and aren’t afraid to share their inflated sense of self-worth with anybody who will listen.
On one side of the ring, a man riding high on a multi-show winning streak, who has been running his mouth to C*4 matchmakers about facing any and all opponents this Saturday night. That man is, “MVP” Michael Von Payton.
Well, MVP will be facing off against a man who also has told C*4 that he is ready and willing to face off against any opponents C*4 management could put in front of him.
On Saturday night, MVP will square off with a man who is filled with Ego. Some would, including himself say he is “All Ego”.
This Saturday night “MVP” Michael Von Payton faces off with “All Ego” Ethan Page.

Next up a match that might just steal the show on Saturday night – featuring one of C*4’s top tag teams, one of pro wrestling best tag teams, and two men looking to continue building momentum.
Making their return to Ottawa for the first time this season, C*4 is pleased to welcome back, Shane Matthews and “Jagged” Scott Parker – 3.O!
Looking to jump right back into the thick of things, 3.O will be joining forces with a young man who also returned to Ottawa action this season – and has been putting on show-stealing performances ever since. 3. O will team with “Superstar” Shayne Hawke! No stranger to teaming together, Hawke has partnered with members of 3.O in the past.
The trio facing off against the 3.O & Hawke faction are also made up of three men who have various degrees of success in teaming together.
The team of Jae Rukin and Brent Banks have managed to gain some traction in the tag rankings in C*4 this season so far. The duo has made it clear to matchmakers they have their eyes on the C*4 Tag Team Championship, and will continue their winning ways until they have that opportunity.
While Rukin and Banks are well known as a team in C*4 – both are well known for other tag teams they have been a part of.
Brent Banks is well known in Southern Ontario as one half of the “Steadyballers” tag team, along with another C*4 regular, “Rocksteady” Alex Vega. As such, Vega will join Banks and Rukin in action this Saturday night!
