Jim Cornette on TNA, Angle vs. Joe

Slam! Wrestling has an interview up with TNA’s Jim Cornette where he talks about a variety of topics including his role with TNA, wrestlers who have jumped from WWE to TNA, the Kurt Angle vs. Samoa Joe match from last year’s Lockdown and more. Probably the highlight of the interview was Cornette’s reaction to the company dropping plans to keep the same direction they had storyline wise mixing MMA and wrestling during the feud between Angle and Joe where Cornette added quote: “It does seem a little odd that this is the way things happened. And I would comment further except for the fact that several armed gunmen are here with 44-calibre pistols pointed at my head (laughs). I have to do TV tonight and it would be hard with bullets in my brain.” To read the full interview, click here.
