SPOILERS: TNA Impact Tapings for January 15

The following took place Monday in Orlando, FL.

TNA Impact Tapings for January 15:

– Main Event Mafia opens the show with a promo building Kurt Angle vs. AJ Styles with Mick Foley as the special guest referee tonight as the main event. Sting vs. Hernandez for the TNA World Title is also announced.

– Hernandez defeated TNA World Champion Sting via DQ when the MEM interfered. Styles and Homicide hit the ring. They get taken out until Brother Ray returns along with Devon to clean house. Ray puts Angle through a table. Devon challenges Angle to a match, while Ray challenges Sting.

– ODB, Roxxi & Taylor Wilde defeated The Khantourage (Rhaka Kahn, Raisha Saeed & Sojournor Bolt) in a rematch from Genesis.

– Jay Lethal & Consequences Creed defeated Abyss & Matt Morgan to become the #1 contenders for the TNA World Tag Team titles. Abyss screwed up and cost the match for them again. Morgan yelled at Abyss.

– Angle vs. Styles was announced as no longer taking place as Angle was injured from the table spot from Brother Ray so it was changed to Styles vs. Scott Steiner.

– AJ Styles defeated Scott Steiner when Petey Williams interfered.

– The show ended with the last Sarah Palin skit. The fake Palin tells them they are invited to the inauguration and they all hug. Roxxi and Taylor Wilde come out and reveal the entire thing was a plot to embarrass them and make them look like fools. They explain Palin lost the election. The Beautiful People then get stuff dropped on them from the ceiling.
