According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Eric Bischoff continues to court Jim Ross as an announcer in TNA. Ross’ short-term contract extension with WWE is set to expire in Mid-March. TNA pushed hard to recruit the WWE hall of famer for Impact’s three-hour live show on 1/4.
