According to an article by The Fayetteville Observer, prosecutors involved with the court case against TNA star Jeff Hardy are hoping to come to some kind of a resolution this week in Moore County, North Carolina. Hardy’s appearance in court yesterday was delayed when another civil case required the use of the court room. He is expected to be called back to court on Thursday.
