Any interviews or reports indicating that Vince Russo has been left out of the loop or hasn’t been told about plans for this Monday’s live three-hour Impact is being described as a complete work on everyone reports The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Russo was in New York with TNA President Dixie Carter, Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff for the big announcement and both Russo and Bischoff have had meetings together in Nashville dating all the way back to November. Depsite this, Russo has continued to tell people, even close friends of his in the company, that he hasn’t spoken with either Hogan or Bischoff. Hogan furthered this on Bubba the Love Sponge and continued in a recent interview with IGN at this link. So it is safe to say everyone is getting a good idea of where things are headed with the company even before January 4.
