During her recent TNA conference call, TNA President Dixie Carter stated that right now Spike TV has committed to 12 live Impact Wrestling events between now and 8/16. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Carter is trying to get that streched out to 8/23 to avoid flying in a crew for a single taping on 8/20 for the 8/23 show to save on money.
