TNA’s Bound for Glory PPV in Japan considered a success

TNA’s Bound for Glory PPV on 10/12 in Japan was described as a “success” according to a report by Dave Meltzer. The show, which featured a legitimate sellout of 1,500 fans, had a big walk up and merchandise sold well (more specifically the TNA Knockouts calendar).

Interest in doing more co-promotion between TNA and Wrestle-1 was expressed including possible Impact Wrestling tapings in 2015 once the current television situation is confirmed beyond Spike TV. The only big issue is the expense of flying talent overseas.

Officials from Spike TV were present in Japan for Bound for Glory.
