The following was taped on Friday night in Orlando, Florida at Universal Studios.
6/28 TNA Impact Wrestling tapings:
* Xplosion: Velvet Sky def. Madison Rayne.
* Brooke def. Marti Bell to retain the TNA Knockouts Championship.
* Dixie Carter revealed Jeff Jarrett as the newest TNA Hall of Fame inductee.
* Bobby Lashley def. Tyrus. TNA World Heavyweight Champion EC3 was on commentary.
* Austin Aries cut a promo about not being happy and talked about the new General Manager Bully Ray. Ray comes out and Aries thinks he should be the No. 1 contender for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. Ray says no. Aries then said he deserved a shot at the TNA Tag Team Championships with his tag parnter Bobby Roode. Ray also says no and then offers Aries a shot at the TNA X Division Championship. Aries declines and Rockstar Spud interrupts. Aries challenges Spud to a match. Ray makes the match official, but if Aries loses, he must leave TNA. Aries agrees to the stipulation and says if he wins, he will earn the right to the “Rockstar” nickname. Aries with a cheap shot on Spud.
* Eli Drake def. Drew Galloway.
* TNA World Heavyweight Champion EC3 cut a promo talking down both Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy. Jeff Hardy returned, running down EC3 on the mic and introducing his brother Matt. Matt and Jeff introduce the idea of tables, ladders and chairs into the title match between EC3 and Matt. Jeff announces the title match will be a Full Metal Mayhem match. General Manager Bully Ray agreed to no outside interference.
* Mr. Anderson def. Bram. Bram walked out with Anderson’s microphone in hand. After the match, Bram attacked Anderson with the microphone.
* The 2015 TNA Hall of Fame induction ceremony with Jeff Jarrett was held. Mike Tenay hosted the ceremony. Dixie Carter was introduced first and Jeff Jarrett was out next. Jarrett talked about his accomplishments. Several wrestlers appeared at the top of the ramp during the ceremony including Shane “Hurricane” Helms and Al Snow. Karen Jarrett also appeared.
* Gail Kim def. The Dollhouse in a 3 on 1 Handicap match.
* Kurt Angle cut a promo in front of the live audience revealed that he has a tumor in his neck and needs to have it surgically removed. Angle said when he fully recovers, he’s returning and coming for EC3. Eric Young interrupts, bringing up how many times he gave Angle a piledriver and wants full credit for the tumor. Young said this was nature’s way of telling Angle that his time is up and attacked him. Chris Melendez ran out to make the save when Young tried to piledrive Angle on the floor. When Young backed off, he attacked Melendez and then gave Melendez a piledriver on the floor.
* Rockstar Spud def. Austin Aries. Per the stipulation, Aries must leave TNA.
* James Storm def. Mahabali Shera (formerly Khoya) via DQ. Storm used a cowbell on Shera to setup the DQ finish.
* EC3 def. Matt Hardy in a Full Metal Mayhem match to retain the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. Ron and Don Harris were at ringside.
* Kenny King came out and cut a promo against Hernandez. MVP tried to calm things down. King stormed off upset.
* Eric Young def. Chris Melendez w/ Kurt Angle.
* The Dollhouse interrupted a promo by Christy Hemme plugging BBQ Pitmasters on Destination America. They went inside the steel cage setup for the main event. Brooke was able to get Taryn Terrell to leave the cage when the lights went out. When they came back on, Marti Bell and Jade were left inside with Gail Kim. Brooke ran Terrell away as Kim roughed up the rest of The Dollhouse inside the cage.
* Hernandez def. Bobby Lashley in a steel cage match.
