Jeff Jarrett suffered a hamstring injury at the TNA Lockdown PPV on April 19 during the Lethal Lockdown, although he did not have a torn hamstring as built up on TV after the event reports The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Jarrett ended up working the TV tapings following the PPV in a main event match against Scott Steiner as if he wasn’t injured and was getting massage treatments backstage for a long time before going out. Some in the company found it hilarious that Mick Foley, playing heel, claimed Jarrett didn’t really have the injury and during his commentator mentioned that Jarrett wasn’t even smart enough to sell his fake injury.
