Tammy Sytch’s Blood Alcohol Level 3 1/2 Times Over Legal Limit At Time Of Fatal Crash

According to a report by NewsDaytonaBeach.com (WNDB), investigators obtained a warrant shortly after the March 25 crash that claimed the life of Julian Lasseter, to test WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch’s blood, and found her blood alcohol content level to be 0.280, with is 3 1/2 times over the legal limit.

As per our previous report from earlier on Saturday, court records indicate Sytch bonded out of jail Saturday morning in Florida after a court appearance. The bond was set at $227,500.

Sytch is facing nine charges, including DUI causing the death of a person, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and seven counts of DUI charges causing damage to a person or property. The death of a person is the most serious of all the charges, which is considered a felony in Florida. If Sytch is convicted she her sentence could be up to 30 years in prison, with a four year minimum sentence, as well as up to $10,000 in fines.
