According to newstimes, Vince and Linda McMahon have put their penthouse in the downtown Park Tower Stamford on the market for $4.1 million, which is among the highest-priced condominiums available in Connecticut.
The report notes the condo covers 3,351 square feet, with three bedrooms and four bathrooms according to its Zillow listing. It is one of 160 residences in the 35-story building that is the tallest in Stamford.
The high-rise among the highest, was formerly known as Trump Parc Stamford, after former President Donald Trump. His name was removed from the property last year.
The report further notes that according to city records, the McMahons spent $4.1 million back in October 2009 for the D1 penthouse condo. The city of Stamford last appraised the condo unit at just under $2 million.
Upon hitting the market this week, the penthouse became the third-priciest condominium or townhouse available in Connecticut, after two Milbank Avenue units in Greenwich listed for $5 million and $4.5 million.
The report also notes thar a message left for a WWE spokesperson seeking comment from the McMahons on the listing was not immediately returned, and the Listing agent James Wood, a licensed Realtor with JFW Realty/Keller Williams, also could not be reached Friday for details about the listing. It is the only property the Westport-based broker lists at $1 million or more on his website.
