Nikki A.S.H. was injured during Friday night’s WWE SmackDown. During the match, Dana Brooke superplexed Nikki from the middle rope onto a pile of wrestlers that were at ringside. It appears the injury occurred when Nikki’s foot hit the barricade during the spot.
The finish of the match saw Deville toss Nikki inside the ring for the quick pin. Deville and Natalya advanced to the semi-final match, but later in the show they lost to Raquel Rodriguez and Aliyah.
After the match ended, WWE medical staff checked on Nikki, who was on the outside of the ring. Doudrop then rushed over to check on Nikki and helped carry her to the back.
Twitter user “melissa (fan account),” who was in attendance at Friday’s SmackDown, posted footage (see below) of WWE medical staff, as well as Doudrop tending to Nikki. In addition, Twitter user “Justin Watry” posted footage (see below) to Twitter showing the spot when the injury occurred.
As of this report, neither WWE nor Nikki A.S.H. has commented on the injury.
