More on the backstage argument at WWE Raw

PWInsider has provided more information on the argument that transpired backstage at Monday’s WWE Raw in Buffalo, New York.

The report notes that a WWE source who contacted the publication shortly after the story was published, was said to be simply a “difference of opinion” that ended up exacerbated by last minute changes made to the main event plans.

PWInsider also notes the same source stated that almost up to the second ring entrances were happening, there was a re-working of plans and when things did not go smoothly in the ring, it exacerbated the issues.  They added that the changes made is what may have led to the domino effect of things not being “as smooth as it would have been otherwise” inside the ring.

The source absolutely down played the significance of the argument, stating their belief was this was not going to be an issue that will cause any further strife.

PWInsider concluded by saying the source noted that with WWE business on fire, everyone is especially “sensitive” to making sure they do their part to keep it going lead to the butting of heads over the right cause of action for a segment and/or match, especially with so many hot acts at the same time in the company right now.
