Updates on civil lawsuits filed against Tammy Sytch following 2022 DUI arrest

Following her DUI arrest in March 2022, two civil lawsuits were filed against Tammy Sytch, and a new report from PWInsider has given the latest updates on both cases.

A lawsuit filed by the estate of Julian L. Lasseter, the victim of the incident, had previously been amended to include Ultimate Motor Cars, LLC (UMC), the company that sold Sytch the vehicle eleven days prior to the incident, seeking to hold the company liable for selling the vehicle despite her past record.

Per the report, the lawsuit against UMC was motioned to be dismissed with prejudice on 9/12, possibly indicating a settlement between the parties.

A second lawsuit was filed by another individual who suffered damages as a result of the incident, previously including the WWE Hall of Famer as a defendant.

According to the report, an amended lawsuit was filed listing only the individual’s insurance company as a defendant.

Sytch gave a plea of no contest to the DUI-related charges brought against her, and faces up to 26 years of imprisonment when she is sentenced next month.
