Hulk Hogan leaves behind nearly $5 million in assets

According to an exclusive report from Us Weekly, Hulk Hogan’s son Nick Hogan filed court documents revealing his late father left behind nearly $5 million in assets.

The report notes that this past Tuesday, September 9, Nick filed court documents to be named as the co-personal representative of his father’s estate, along with a man named Terry McCoy. Hogan’s Daughter Brooke had been asked to be removed as a beneficiary.

Us Weekly indicated that in the documents, Nick claims is father executed a will back in 2016 and then did amendments to it in 2017, 2021, 2022 and July 2023.

Nick is listed as the sole beneficiary of the estate and Hogan’s widow, Melanie Sky Daily, is listed as a surviving spouse. In addition, the paperwork also shows that Hogan left behind $200,000 in cryptocurrency, $799,000 in personal property and intellectual property, his right to publicity which is worth worth $4 million and an unknown value that could be used for a possible medical malpractice lawsuit.

It is also noted in the report that Nick did not list his father’s real estate property in the paperwork, which could be owned by a trust or LLC. Hogan owned two separate homes next to each other in Clearwater Beach, Florida, both worth at an estimated $11 million.

Back on September 2, Nick filed a lawsuit filed in Federal Court in Florida is over Sponge indicating later this month, he is going to release “Video Killed The Radio Star: The Untold Story Of The Hulk Hogan Sex Tape Scandal.” Nick claims Sponge is infringing on his dad’s copyrights and trademarks. The suit seeks to block the release of the documentary and for other unspecified damages. According to the Tampa Bay Times, the documentary had a recent screening in

Us Weekly adds that in response to the lawsuit, Bubba publicly said, “I don’t own any of it. They’re suing the wrong people…you dumbass. Did you watch it? Do you realize your father is not portrayed in a bad light at all?”

The 71-year old Hogan passed away back on July 24 from a heart attack.
