If I am to believe Triple H, tonight kicks off a new era of WWE. Presumably, the February 2026 era of WWE…regardless, the Road to WrestleMania is upon us!
Already shaking things up from the outset as we don’t even start with the usual intro. No, we kick things off with Bron Breakker at ringside as he makes a beeline for the commentary station…where someone is audibly heard telling him to flip the chair, to which he obliges! He then starts tearing the announce table apart before demanding a mic.
He gets into the ring, going off on Adam Pearce after what happened at the Royal Rumble. The Vision come running down to stop him from blowing a gasket, before Heyman takes the mic to address Pearce himself. He says the GM has to approve every visa for someone to travel to Saudi Arabia for a WWE show, and he “doesn’t know who the masked man is”?
Breakker takes the mic back, telling Pearce he has til the count of 3 to get out here…and Pearce makes his way out at 2, telling Bron that the last time we had a masked man it was Austin Theory. He tells Bron he will still let him have a job after his “piss poor performance at the Rumble,” and this riles Breakker up until LA Knight’s music hits…as we see Knight blindside The Vision in the ring with a chair!
This clears Theory, Paul, and Reed out of the ring as Heyman speaks to Breakker on the ramp. Commentary talks about what just happened as we cut to a video package highlighting last weekend’s Royal Rumble.
Later tonight we will hear from Roman Reigns and Liv Morgan after they won their respective Royal Rumble matches last weekend. We also see Stephanie Vaquer ahead of her Women’s World Title match tonight, and Gunther arriving to the arena.
With that, we head to ringside for our opening contest…and it’s about to get bouncy as Je’Von makes his entrance. He faces El Grande Americano up next!
-Commercial Break-
We are reminded that Evans was this year’s Iron Man of the men’s Rumble match with a 40:56 showing, as we head to the ring to get this match underway!
Je’Von Evans vs. El Grande Americano
Grande takes Evans to the corner for some stomps, but Je’Von bounces back for a dropkick. He sends the luchador back to the corner, but Americano dodges a charge to send Evans to the outside. He goes to work on Evans, who breaks free to evade the other Americanos to get back in the ring. He and Grande go back at it until the latter is sent back outside for a dive by Evans. Je’Von gets back in the ring as Grande and Bravo distract the ref, allowing Rayo to go after Evans with a cheap shot.
This gives Grande the opening he needs to lay out Je’Von before sending him to the floor, where he starts mocking Evans before sending him back into the ring. He plays to the crowd before following after Je’Von…before sending him to the mat hard with a back body drop! We get a replay of that as we go to commercial.
-Commercial Break-
Back from break, Grande is still in control as he stomps away at Evans. He takes the young upstart to the canvas for a cover, but only gets a two count. Grande continues to mock Je’Von, who fights back to his feet before Grande lands some hard shots. The strikes go back and forth until Evans sends the luchador to the corner, and Grande walks into a thrust kick by Evans only to respond with some chops.
He sends Je’Von to the ropes, but takes a DDT to the mat by Evans on the rebound. Both men make it back to their feet but before a Red Dot ends up sending both men to the canvas. Grande is first up and goes for an octopus hold, but Evans fights back to get to the turnbuckle…only to be intercepted by the luchador, who stretches Je’Von in the center of the ring! Evans fights to his feet, bringing Grande to the corner before taking him down with a kick after breaking free.
Evans heads to an adjacent turnbuckle, connecting with a coast-to-coast dropkick but only getting a two. Ref is distracted as Bravo knocks Evans off the turnbuckle, and Grande’s underlings help him with a metal plate before the “Original” El Grande Americano makes his way out. This distracts the trio of luchadores until the ref notices the metal plate, taking it away from Grande…just as the Young OG catches him with an OG Cutter for the win!
Winner via pinfall: Je’Von Evans
Evans celebrates as we cut to a video package highlighting NXT and its stars making an impact (not the TNA kind) at the Royal Rumble. We also look at the debuting Royce Keys and the dominance of Oba Femi among other highlights from last weekend’s event, before heading to a commercial break.
-Commercial Break-
WWE congratulates Jelly Roll and former 24/7 Champion Bad Bunny on their success at the Grammys.
We head to ringside to hear the music of AJ Styles…only for Gunther to make his entrance instead to some heavy boos. He enters the rings to more boos and chants of “f–k you Gunther” and “you still tapped”…but these just make him smile as he tries to speak.
Just like Goldberg, just like John Cena, AJ Styles learned that when you step up to the Ring General you get your career killed. He speaks in German a bit (I think?) before Dragon Lee runs down to the ring, seemingly looking to get revenge for his former tag partner. He takes Gunther to the outside for a headscissors before running at him…and the Ring General nails Dragon with the ring bell!
He locks in the sleeper hold until officials rush down to break things up. Gunther steps into the ring for just a moment before going back after Lee, locking in a sleeper with Dragon against the ropes before making him pass out. Dragon drops to the floor as the officials check on him, the crowd booing as Gunther puts his coat back on.
Commentary talk about what just happened, before turning their attention to why LA Knight attacked The Vision earlier tonight. We get a video package focused on Vision attacking Knight, before going backstage where we see Pearce confronted by Heyman.
Heyman asks for Pearce to book Bron Breakker against LA Knight tonight, but Adam says he can’t do that as he escorted Knight out of the building for disrupting his show. He tells Paul if he knows what’s good for him, he’ll escort Bron Breakker out of the building, and while he’s at it tell Bronson Reed that he has a match against Penta tonight.
-Commercial Break-
Commentary hypes up Elimination Chamber in Chicago on February 28, before we head backstage where Heyman is trying to get Bron Breakker out of the building.
Back at ringside, the War Raiders are about to be in action…I think. Instead of whoever they’re set to face, however, we get DA RULA as Oba Femi makes his entrance to a nice pop. He heads to the ring and immediately starts laying into the Raiders, throwing them around with ease. Fall From Grace takes out Erik before Oba’s music hits once more.
We get a vignette of Finn Balor addressing the lack of respect he has been getting as of late. (RESPECT) Finn remains focused on going after the World Heavyweight Championship, and while he considers himself a good guy he’s willing to do bad things to take it.
Elsewhere backstage, we see the Bella Twins hug it out after both appearing at the Royal Rumble this past weekend. We will hear from them up next!
-Commercial Break-
Back at ringside, Nikki Bella’s music hits, but is cut off by “BRIE MODE” before the Bella Twins make their way to the ring. Light round of boos by the crowd, leads to Nikki Bella addressing the Philly crowd before talking up Brie’s return. This, naturally, gets a “Yes” chant as Brie talks about coming back.
She jokes about Nikki needing her help before saying the reason she came back is because the Bella Twins are the original tag team (the Jumping Bomb Angels would like to have a word, ladies). Brie says that she and Nikki are ready to go after the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship, trying to start a “yes” chant as Nikki’s music hits once more.
We cut to some hype for WWE 2K26, because The Show Never Stops.
Backstage, Alpha Academy are hanging out with Bert Kreischer, and I spend so much time looking up who this is that I almost miss that Maxxine steps in to address what Nattie did to her. She promises to break Nattie’s ankle before walking off, and Bert stops pretending he likes wearing a t-shirt as we head back to ringside.
Penta makes his entrance, as he is set to face Bronson Reed up next!

Back from break, Reed enters the ring to get this match underway!
Penta vs. Bronson Reed
Reed takes the advantage early on, sending Penta to the corner before the luchador fights back. He nearly takes Bronson down with a springboard cross body, but gets caught by the Oddzilla. Penta manages to turn it back around, sending Reed to the outside for a tope over the rope before celebrating with his dance to take us to commercial.
-Commercial Break-
Back from break, Reed is back in control until Penta breaks free to send Reed out…but gets caught on the ropes by the Oddzilla! Reed slams the luchador hard before hitting a senton for two.
He lands some more shots on Penta before dropping him back to the canvas, using the ropes for leverage as he drives his boots into the luchador’s back. Some more stomps and a leg drop from Reed, who mocks Penta before landing a snap suplex for a nearfall. Heyman urges Reed on as the big man lands a running elbow drop for a cover, but Penta manages to kick out at two.
Penta then rolls away from another senton, and he is fired up as the crowd chants “cero miedo.” Both men back to their feet as Penta lands some shots before hitting a sling blade to take Reed down, and a DDT to keep him down for a two count. Penta grabs the arm of Reed, but there will be no Sacrifice as Reed breaks free before taking the luchador out with a massive powerslam…but Penta kicks out once again!
He breaks free from Reed’s shoulders for some chops, hitting the ropes and landing a Backstabber as a counter for a close nearfall. Theory gets on the apron but is knocked off by Penta, with Logan suffering a similar fate while bringing the ref out of commission before Penta goes up top…getting the drop on Paul and Theory on the outside! He goes back in the ring but takes a Jagged Edge by Reed, who follows up with a Tsunami. He goes for the cover, but the ref is still knocked out.
This gives Heyman and Reed an idea as Bronson leaves the ring to get a chair…only for LA Knight to run in, landing a BFT that sends Reed face first onto the chair instead! The Vision chase after Knight as Reed is struggling to get to his feet as we see the ref recover and make his way back in the ring. The ref begins the count, and Reed can’t make it back to the ring before it reaches ten!
Winner via count out: Penta
Penta celebrates up the ramp as we cut to a video package highlighting tonight’s Philly Street Fight for the Women’s World Championship, and backstage we see Liv Morgan as we will hear from the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble winner up next!
-Commercial Break-
We find out that Bert Kreischer has a new show coming out on Netflix, and yeah okay…enough of all that, because here comes Dominik Mysterio!
Dom comes to the ring with his Intercontinental and AAA Mega Championship as he gets a big pop from the crowd. Despite the cheers, Dom says the only reason he agreed to come out here in a city like this was to introduce the winner of the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble, Liv Morgan!
Big pop for Morgan as she comes to the ring, embracing Mysterio to chants of “you deserve it.” She welcomes Daddy Dom back before saying they are in the presence of the greatest Royal Rumble winner of all time. They’re all probably wondering who she’s going to challenge at WrestleMania, but says they have to wait a little longer. She doesn’t know, and in fact she might even pay SmackDown a visit…but first, tonight we crown a new Women’s World Champion in her friend Raquel Rodriguez.
Rodriguez makes her way out to a nice pop as she enters the ring, embracing Morgan and Mysterio before Liv calls for a microphone. Raquel thanks Liv for the kind words, but says that in celebrating Liv’s win this weekend we haven’t addressed something else that happened at the Rumble…asking Liv why she eliminated Rodriguez from the match.
Liv says she knows that Raquel isn’t a selfish person, and that a win for one in the Judgment Day is a win for all in the Judgment Day. Rodriguez responds to this by asking her friend to stay in the back for this match, so her victory can be all the sweeter when she becomes the new Women’s World Champion(ship).
Liv is quick to oblige, telling her bestie to “get it” before she and Dom leave the ring, as Stephanie Vaquer makes her entrance to defend the Women’s World Championship up next!

Back from break, we get ring introductions to get this title match underway!
Women’s World Championship (Philly Street Fight): Stephanie Vaquer defends against Raquel Rodriguez
Rodriguez sends the champ to the corner, laying into Vaquer with some hard shots before Stephanie fights back for a roll up and a two count. She continues the flurry of offense until Rodriguez lays her out with a clothesline, followed by a slingshot jackhammer for a nearfall of her own.
Vaquer starts fighting back, setting up for a thrust kick on the apron before pulling the challenger out of the ring for a knee to the midsection. She continues the attack before turning her attention to grabbing a weapon from under the ring…pulling out a table before Rodriguez blindsides her!
She sends Vaquer to the barricade before setting the table up. Vaquer recovers and goes after the challenger…who ends up driving her through the table instead! She mocks the champ as we go to commercial.
-Commercial Break-
Back from break, Raquel is still in control as she props Vaquer up against the ring post on the steps. She grabs a chair, but the champ dodges it before taking a kendo stick for some revenge shots! Raquel starts to fight back but the champ breaks free of a powerbomb attempt…only to be sent snake eyes style into the ring post instead!
Raquel brings her back into the ring for a cover, but it’s only good for two. She sets a chair up in the corner before picking Stephanie up, but apparently the chair said “that doesn’t work for me, sister” as it falls out of position…just as Raquel stops herself from being sent into the ring post by the champ!
Vaquer takes advantage of the distraction to take her challenger down hard to the mat, getting a nearfall in the process. Raquels rolls out of the ring for a breather, but that’s not all as she catches the champ with a trashcan to the face. Stephanie falls back as Rodriguez starts pulling out chairs from under the ring, tossing them Terry Funk style into the ring before using them on the champ.
She sets Vaquer up on the chairs for a corkscrew Vader Bomb, but the champ dodges it before setting Raquel up for a Devil’s Kiss on a chair instead! Raquel tries to escape the ring, but the champ catches her with a Devil’s Kiss onto the steps instead as we go to commercial break.
