Jeff’s Thoughts
Tonight’s show had two good little matches, but there was one star to this show and that was none other than Wrestlemania….
The hype for Wrestlemania was at it’s fullest and was the 3/4 of the focus of the show, They hyped some of the big matches and discussed all the big happenings going on this weekend.
The package that stood out to me the most was the build for Bret Vs. Vince, The emotional story of Bret’s journey from Montreal to Phoenix was so well done it has become the match I truly can’t wait to see.
We did get two matches tonight as well that also were able to keep the Wrestlemania hype going….
JTG vs. CM Punk was short but was effective in building up Punk as a man on mission on the road to his showdown with Mysterio at mania.
On the other hand we had Mysterio vs. Kidd that showed him in a hard fought battle and put him in his rightful place in the underdog prediction for his big showdown on Sunday.
