HAPPY WRESTLEMANIA WEEK TO ALL!!!!! LET?S ALL DRINK OUR COFFEE UNTIL WE LITERALLY BOUNCE TO THE MOON!!

Introduction (By: Many Students of WrestleView)

?Let’s get this party started: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the confluence of the Ohio, Allegheny, and Monongahela rivers. It’s time for the Class of Wrestling Class in the house that Bruno Sammartino built. It is my pleasure to introduce to you The Baron of the Brainbuster, The Earl of Education, The Professor of the Piledriver, Anthony J Valvo, YOUR TEACHER, THE ILLUSTRIOUS MISTER V!? ? Mike Williamson

?Well, well, well, it is him, the quintessential WrestleView writer Anthony J. “Mr. V.” ‘He’s from Pennsylvania, and on March 28th he will probably watch WrestleMania’, Valvo? ? Jesse Grams

I know that Rocky Dominguez (my first introducing guy) had one, but I must have lost the e-mail. I am sorry.

As always, thank you for the introductions students! Class, it is time once again to have a seat and maintain perfect posture. It is time once again to be educated with what was good and bad in professional wrestling and other things that deserve praise?or detention! Gold Stars will be delivered, as well as the Dunce Cap of Doom. All that and more ?From the Desk of Mr. V?.

Quote of the Week

I had many quotes to share with the class, however there was talk about a particular wrestler that is a walking one-liner on NXT that I think deserves not only a Gold Star but a spot in Quote of the Week. Who could forget these memories?

I hope that comes up.

When I looked for more Jericho quotes, I found one more:

Old Guy: Go Back to Toronto!
The Best in the World at what he does Chris Jericho: I?m from Winnipeg, you IDIOT!!

What do the kids say nowadays? OWND? If so, the old man totally got ?OWND? by Jericho.

Thank you to Deni Danny Sahbegovic (I hope I spelled the name right) for the first treasure. It is now going to be on forever! That is until WWE takes it down.

Teacher’s Lecture

1) Please Support ?March for Babies?

One of my goals as a writer is to help when I can. Whether it be press or however I can. Here is a link that I want to share with all my students.

http://www.marchforbabies.org/s_team_page.asp’seid=1330422

The team captain for this March for Babies team is a friend of WrestleView.com columnist Jose Marrero. Jose’s friend is doing a walk that will benefit children with learning disabilities. Now I have been to places where there are young children with learning disabilities and honestly, it truly breaks your heart. But they still need loving attention and I approve of March for Babies 100%. Even a dollar for this fundraiser will go a long way. So if you do have an extra dollar or two and consider buying that sandwich from Panera Bread, think about maybe saving a dollar and help Jose’s friend out in reaching his $500.00 Goal.

Your donation will be secured. I checked first hand and it is a safe site to visit.

If you can?t afford it, just keep the family in your thoughts. Thanks to those who do so in one way or another. Both Mr. Marrero and myself thank you.

2) WrestleMania Grades?.What to expect.

Well, I think we will see many ?reviews? and takes AFTER WrestleMania comes to a close. However, I think this time I will grade the matches BEFORE the show occurs. I won?t give away who I will predict as the winners, but rather a quick paragraph on what grade each match will potentially earn.

Let’s run down the card, shall we? Don?t worry, I will do an ?after? grade so I won?t look like a total fool.

1) CM Punk (w/Luke Gallows and Serena) vs. Rey Mysterio

Stipulation: If Mysterio loses, he joins Straight Edge. If Punk loses, then he nothing happens.

Where do I expect this to happen in the card? More than likely it will be 5th.

Potential Grade: B (could be a B+).

Thoughts: The story they told these past couple weeks were pretty intense. In the ring, their styles are similar. Both wrestlers use leg strikes to wear down their opponents. They both are very quick and agile.

However, both styles are different as well. Punk cemented himself now as a ground wrestler. He really works different parts of the body when he wrestles his competition. Mysterio uses the high-flying aspect and it should make for a good battle. I think this match has the potential to be good. Both styles work well and the story the told in the ring a few weeks ago was great! As of now I don?t have a clue on who to pick. Will Serena and Gallows interfere? You Bet!. However, I don?t expect them to be part of the finish. After the match, I predict that this story continues regardless of the winner.

2) Randy Orton vs. Ted DiBiase vs. Cody Rhodes

Stipulation: None. It is a regular three-way match that it simple for bragging rights in the storyline.

Where do I expect this match to be in the card? It can go anywhere; if I booked it I would say middle-to-upper middle. It could be the 3rd match on the card.

Potential Grade: C+.

Thoughts: The match will consist of the teacher (Orton) matching up against his students (Rhodes and DiBiase). They told a story for the past few weeks, but sadly it was lackluster. Many expected DiBiase to break out, but it really has not happened yet. Rhodes could be the one that breaks out, no one knows. Orton is in it to be the technician here.

The story is simple obviously, but really vague. No one knows who to pull for here. No one knows who the victim is. It has been a battle of one-upmanship (that is a word, right)? Again, I got no clear cut winner here at this time. I am still unsure who will break out, if any of them do break out.

3) Triple H vs. Sheamus

Where will this match be on the card? Probably 6th. I don?t see Triple H accepting a role early in the card. Unless?.

Stipulation: None. Sheamus, the young Celtic Warrior challenged Triple H to this contest.

Potential Grade: B- (leaning towards the C range though).

Thoughts: This has an old vs. new feel to it. No one can deny that Sheamus was rushed into the title this past year, but make no mistake that he was pretty successful so far. However, Triple H has been in this game so many times before and you would think he gets the upper hand on Sheamus, right?

I think it could either be a quick win for Triple H (which would kill any of Sheamus? momentum). Or Sheamus can be the dark horse here for ?Wrestler that Surprised the Viewers the most?. I actually hope for option B. He was a decent champion. Sure, he did not win a clean match during his run as champion (maybe against Evan Bourne). However, he does have the tactics to really challenge ?The Game?. This can really make Sheamus a star, if they use him right. That is going to be the HUGE question here. Will Sheamus look stronger after this match? Win or lose, I say he will outperform our expectations. Triple H is a perfect guy to work with Sheamus. In a Raw promo, HHH was right to say that Sheamus is a lot like himself. When HHH was a heel, he cheated a good bit (Sheamus does that too, but without a faction). Maybe I am foolish to say this, but if I made a pick right now I would actually say Sheamus could win this one.

4) The Miz and The Big Show vs. John Morrison and R-Truth

Where will this match be on the card? I think this match goes 2nd, right after Money in the Bank.

Stipulation: Morrison and Truth are challenging for the WWE Unified Tag Team Championship that Miz and Show currently hold.

Potential Grade: C. (Leaning towards a C+).

Thoughts: I like the buildup they are having. They made statements and they fought each other in tag teams and in singles contests. Both teams share words, but mainly they were used to wrestle to fill time on Smackdown and Raw. I don?t expect the tag team match to shine here. I think we will see strengths in The Miz. The Miz will probably be the most interesting wrestler in this match. Show will be there to take a few shots, but I don?t expect much out of him. Truth and Morrison are wild cards. They will either impress or disappoint. I can?t decide what the outcome is here, but if fans are expecting something great they will sadly be disappointed.

5) Bret Hart vs. Vince McMahon

Where will this match be on the card? I got this match going 4th.

Stipulation: It is a fight! In the words of Inigo Montoya ?Humiliations Galore??

Potential Grade: C- (for nostalgic purposes)

Thoughts: This was a GREAT storyline that started all the way back in January. But let’s face it, Bret would not have sign onto this if he was going to get screwed again. I expect it to be a one-sided fight in which Bret Hart leaves on a high note, unlike what happened in Montreal. This is pretty easy to predict, as I actually would be surprised if McMahon gets more than three moves on Hart. Hart get his ?just desserts? after years of torment and frustration. Bret screws Vince on Sunday.

6) Christian, Dolph Ziggler, Kane, Drew McIntyre, Matt Hardy, Shelton Benjamin, Evan Bourne, MVP, Jack Swagger, and Kofi Kingston will battle in the Annual Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

Where will this match be on the card? This will be your opening bout.

Stipulation: Same as it has been, it is a Ladder match with a Suitcase. Winner must grab hold of the case and will have one year to cash it in for a World Title opportunity.

Potential Grade: B- (if you like the spots), C (if you are expecting some solid wrestling)

Thoughts: Well, there was really story unless you like to listen to Christian at the announce table. Drew McIntyre wanted in, but it took him three tries to get in. The rest did not have a real big story. It is simple. 10 men, one prize. May the best man win!

Here is how they qualified:

Christian def. Carlito on February 22.
Dolph Ziggler def. John Morrison and R-Truth on February 26.
Kane def. Drew McIntyre on February 26.
Shelton Benjamin def. CM Punk on February 26.
Jack Swagger def. Santino Marella on March 1.
MVP def. Zack Ryder on March 1.
Matt Hardy def. Drew McIntyre on March 5.
Evan Bourne def. William Regal on March 8.
Drew McIntyre def. Aaron Bolo on March 12.
Kofi Kingston def. Vladimir Kozlov on March 22.

If I had to pick someone to win, it would either be Christian, Kingston, or McIntyre. I expect Bourne to do some sick spot off the top of the ladder, as well as Benjamin. Kane is there to just show up and be strong. MVP is a nice story, but he fell off the face of the earth. Matt Hardy?that is all I got. Swagger can really be a star overall, but I don?t think he has a 5% chance of winning this. I would love to see Ziggler get a good shot at it because he is due for a title. However, I Ziggler is not even close to a World Title. So, that leaves us with Christian, Kingston, and McIntyre having a better chance to win this match. Kingston had his chance to win some and had a great feud with Orton, but it quickly fizzled. So Kingston will be close, but not a winner. McIntyre has the best chance to win the case (if the MITB winner loses his title match), but Christian in my opinion is ready for a World Title run (if the MITB winner wins his title match). It’s a tough decision. I will have to decide over the weekend.

7) Batista vs. John Cena

Stipulation: One-on-One bout for the WWE World Championship currently held by Batista.

Where will this match be on the card? I am saying it goes 7th, but probably sooner.

Potential Grade: B-.

Thoughts: This is a good story of good vs. evil. Batista and Cena’s stories are quite similar. Both arrived at the same time, won titles at the same time, and hit their strides. However, it was Cena that got the publicity, the movies, and commercials. This would make any animal feisty and that is what Batista is right now. The audience is told that Batista causes ?bad things? to Cena, and it has been the case each time they were in the ring. Batista accidently broke Cena’s neck in 2008 (but in storyline, it is on purpose). Batista just destroyed Cena from all directions for the past couple months to a point in which Cena is doubting himself. Mark my words, class?

?when Cena doubts himself, good things happen to Cena.

When the odds are against him, he usually wins the contest. I do expect Batista to dominate the majority of the match. But in the end, we all know that superheroes come out on top. I am 100% confident in saying that Cena will win and become the WWE Champ by night’s end.

8) The Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels

Stipulation: Streak vs. Career. If Michaels wins, Taker’s streak is broken at SEVENTEEN straight victories at WrestleMania (a WM record that will never be broken in my lifetime). If Taker wins, Michaels must retire. The match is No Disqualification and No Countout!

Where will this match be on the card? This will be the 8th match on the card. I have to fit a title match as my main event.

Potential Grade: A-.

Thoughts: As Mark McGwire said, ?I do not want to talk about the past?. Look, I know that the story and match was for the ages last year. It could very well be The Best Ever. If you expect 2010’s match to be like 2009’s, you will be disappointed.

But Mr. V, why No DQ or Countout? Well, remember last year when Snuka’s boy did not catch The Undertaker and both men were sore for a minute or so?

Now, the story is much better than where it was in 2009. I think the match can meet my expectations since I am not expecting a 30 minute spectacle like last year’s epic encounter. I ask my students to look at this as a pretty good sequel, but don?t set the standard as it being better than 2009 because won?t happen. I expect this match to be the longest once again, probably 25 minutes at the most. There will be chops, punches, Music via Sweet Chins, and Rides that could be the last.

Just keep in mind that both men are sore before this event will take place. Keep in mind they are in their 40s and plan on performing as if they are 20 years younger. Keep in mind that they will be history in the making. Something will have to give in order to keep the fans in this match. Honestly, I don?t know what the outcome can be. Will they actually have Taker lose his streak to someone who only has a year left in the tank? Will Taker ?retire? Michaels? And if Michaels retires, will it be short lived? The only people that have the answers are the ones behind closed doors. Don?t let Internet rumors fool you; I don?t even think the WWE knows how this will turn out until Sunday afternoon.

9) Chris Jericho vs. Edge

Stipulation: Edge challenged Jericho to a World Heavyweight Title match a day after Jericho won the World Heavyweight Title at Elimination Chamber. Edge, the 2010 Royal Rumble Winner, chose Jericho rather than Batista.

Where will this match be on the card? This will be the MAIN EVENT!!

Potential Grade: B.

Thoughts: This told a great story since the summer, and then it was dropped, only to pick up heat at the right time. Since Edge injured his Achilles? Tendon, Jericho gloated that he never needed Edge. Edge vowed to make Jericho eat those words and he recovered very quickly for his WrestleMania moment!

After the Royal Rumble win, Edge was in Jericho’s head to a point where Edge had all the right moves in this chess board. Many fans found this boring, but Jericho has the advantage thanks to focusing on the injured part of Edge’s body. It will be Jericho’s controlled attacks vs. Edge’s risky attacks.

So, who could win? I don?t know, but I think it will be a great match to see in person. They are the best in the business, they just did not get a lot of press. I think the fans should not worry, as Jericho can wrestle a mop to a three star match. I will go as far as saying Edge will be the World Heavyweight Champion. However, he may not walk out of Phoenix as the Champ. Swerve? I don?t know. But I have a feeling that whoever wins that MITB case will cash it at WrestleMania to close. But as my 2010 predictions showed, I am probably wrong.

So, that wraps up the lecture. You may take a break if you want. I understand it is a lot to comprehend in just one sitting.

Detention

This week, we did have some people, places, and things that violated one of the over 100 rules in Mr. V’s rule book. Here are the one that violated the code:

Rey Mysterio (from Gregory Walek) ? For wearing the all black mask. Why?

Taz ? For saying the word ?Vintage? on TNA. It is funny at times, but dude be yourself. You are so much better that way.

Soccer Moms that Dance to HBK’s theme song ? I am not yelling, more like laughing.

Vickie Guerrero ? For wearing a necklace that says ?Cougar?. YOU have children for cryin? out loud.

ETS and the Praxis Series ? I almost forgot about them. I have to keep them on board. Seriously if you type ?ETS and the Praxis Series detention? on Google, I am #1 on there! In the words of David Otunga: ?Google ME!?

Tomko ? What happened to you man? You go back to TNA for this? Losing to Rob Terry in less than 90 seconds?

Ric Flair ? For going to strip clubs in a wheelchair. Funny? Yes! You wonder why his wife did not put him in a wheelchair legit.

Whoever books the WWE Raw Divas ? More like the booking for RAW. I would not mind the guest hosts losing a segment to see more of RAW Divas. You have some good character and some are not bad in the ring. What the RAW Divas on Superstars! You will see a good match there.

Pete Rose ? For betting on Baseball?and lying about it. I hope Kane made you humble.

Whoever is in charge of booking The Hart Dynasty ? Tyson Kidd is the most underrated superstar in pro wrestling, mark that down! DH Smith is a decent technician for his size. I hope they have a ?future? in the WWE rather than ?Future endeavored?. Speaking of which?

?the term ?Future Endeavor? ? Why don?t Vince just post ?Here is a list of who got fired? on WWE.com. Or maybe Vince should just post YouTube videos of saying ?YOU?RE FIRED!? to unsuspected talents. Or better yet, Tweet Vince! Everyone is doing it!

Pittsburgh Penguin ?fans? ripping on Marc-Andre Fleury ? This hits home to me. I am so tired of hearing fans saying that he is an awful goalie. If he was awful, then why do you cheer him when the team made it to the Finals two years in a row? How about when he won seven playoff series since the lockout? Or better yet, when in Game 7 he DOVE to save the puck in the waning seconds. The kid is just hitting his mid 20s and he has done things that MANY goalies dream of. So, to those fans I say this (and I don?t usually say this in a real classroom)?SHUT UP!!!

Dunce Cap of Doom goes to?Bubba The Love Sponge. Though you may have only appeared briefly on TV March 22 (the day after Destination X), but your picture can say a thousand words. Look TNA, I am not bashing your product. I am actually (dare I say) enjoying the product. But Bubba, after your little tirades and being a caboose on the radio. Though Mick may have done it by accident, you got what you deserved. You may not win many awards, but you did tonight. Take the Dunce Cap and go to the corner this week. Let all the WrestleView students laugh at your busted face.

Previous Dunces: Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, and Michael Cole.

Mr. V’s Honor Roll for the week of March 15 ? March 22, 2010

Here was Mr. V’s schedule in regards to grading these matches.

3/15 – Graded WWE Monday Night Raw and TNA Impact matches
3/16 – Graded WWE NXT Matches
3/17 – Column Writing. After that, I watched ROH on YouTube and recap the show.
3/18 – Graded WWE Superstars.
3/19 – Graded Smackdown Matches
3/20 – OFF DAY
3/21 – Graded FCW Matches (No FCW grades this week, I did not get the show on time)

**Once again, I did not get a copy of FCW. I am sorry about not grading FCW recently, but I will start grading their matches once I get the show running on my computer. There will be Gold Stars to a few FCW talents, as we got some NEW champions in that department**

Distinguished Honors ? CM Punk and Darren Young vs. Justin Gabriel and Matt Hardy, WWE NXT, March 16.

Outcome: With the referee’s back turned, CM Punk hit the Go To Sleep finisher on Matt Hardy. Darren Young got the pin and the victory for his team.

Grade: B+

Thoughts: This was by far the best tag team match in 2010 for the WWE. The transitions were solid, as all four wrestlers did sell the other’s offense when it was the best time to do so. This was by far the best showing by Darren Young, as he quickly became a top four wrestler in NXT after that performance. Young’s awareness improved, his offense was crisp, and he really controlled Gabriel well during this long contest.

Justin Gabriel really stood out as well as a potential Smackdown superstar later this year. Not only did he work very well with Matt Hardy with the brilliant teamwork, but he took the most bumps. I give Gabriel a ton of credit for taking some serious bumps throughout the match and for his endurance. The pros did their job as well. I thought Matt Hardy (when in the ring) did a few moves and spots, but it was mainly Gabriel that carried that team throughout and I was not complaining on that last week. The finish was great, with Serena distracting the referee so CM Punk can get a cheap victory with the GTS. The story here is that Serena and Gallows are only helping Punk, with Young getting cheap victories yet he looked strong each week.

High Honors ? Jeff Hardy vs. AJ Styles, TNA Impact, March 15.

Outcome: After a long, spirited battle between two main event-level superstars, Jeff Hardy finished off AJ Styles with the Swanton Bomb and won this non-title contest.

Grade: B+

Thoughts: Based on my notes from this match, I was very surprised with how much offense AJ Styles got in. I complimented his leg strikes and dropkicks a lot in their contest, as each kick was executed to perfection. He grounded Hardy a good bit, and was very technical (a sort of new tactic by Styles). I thought this was one of Styles? best matches outside of working with Daniels or Kurt Angle.

This was Jeff Hardy’s return match to TNA after a very successful run in the WWE in which I think he had Three World Title reigns. Sure, Hardy is mainly a ‘spotty? wrestler, but he did them very fluently while allowing Styles to control the majority of the contest. I thought he would have been sloppy with the Swanton Bomb, but I was impressed with how perfect he delivered it.

Overall, the match was long, but it had a nice, quick pace to it. The tactics by both wrestlers were strong and led to maybe something in the future (but not near future). However, Hardy did not sell a few times but was still at the top of his game. Styles was great as well and you can see the influence that Flair brought onto him. Styles? tactics now have holds, which could actually help the TNA World Champ from sacrificing his body like he has done in years past.

Honors ? Davey Richards vs. Delirious, ROH on HDNet, March 15.

Outcome: Davey Richards locked in the Kimura Hold on Delirious. The hold caused Delirious to tap out. With the victory, Richards advanced to the semifinals of the ROH TV Title Tournament where he will face Kenny King.

Grade: B

Thoughts: This was not like the usual Davey Richards match and it was a nice change of pace. I don?t mind spotty wrestling when it is part of their game plan. However, if one does not sell it makes that match less enjoyable. Richards was guilty with that in the past. This match was not the case.

I was very surprised that this match did not have a lot of spot outside the ring. I think there was only one move outside the ring in the whole contest (and it was done by Delirious with a Suicide Flip Dive). Richards was in control of his offense. He did not blow through a lot of spots and improved in the submission aspect. He worked on Delirious? arm and back throughout the match and it helped him secure the victory when the timing was right.

Delirious was very good at selling the arm injury during the match. Delirious did not really work on a specific body part, but was able to wear down Richards with quick offensive maneuvers. However, one man had to advance and it was Richards thanks to working the shoulder more often than Delirious did with Richards.

Overall, I was impressed with this main event on ROH. Both knew their strengths and there was a great story in this match (which was a plus since they are not in a feud with each other). Delirious is a great teacher in the ring and Richards generated a controlled, technical-style offense. Both of them wins for me.

And now?Mr. V’s Grade Book for this past week:

Among the Students, we got a three way tie and since the S.O.T.W. did not retain the title I decided to use all three of them for the WrestleMania Picks. Ricky Langston, Paul Lyons, and Craig A. Cope each scored a 7-1 record and their picks will be averaged out in the Students of the Week standing.

Overall, we had 15 ?WV Students?. They averaged a record of 5.3-3.7. So by means of estimation, they posted a 5-3 record for Destination X.

Next Up: WRESTLEMANIA!!! (The REAL 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania)

Mr. V’s Gold Star Segment (Presented by: JR’s Family Bar-B-Q!).

Since this is WrestleMania week, Jim Ross has some BIG TIME Deals on his website. You can purchase so many new packages with autographs and free shipping. Here are some of the deals:

Let’s Play Ketchup ? The Chipotle Ketchup that The Shoot’s Josh Piedra and myself endorse wholeheartedly. In this deal, you get 3 bottles of the best ketchup in the country (and remember, I live about 30 minutes from the Heinz Factory) for $23.88. Why so much? Well, plan on using only two of the bottles because Jim Ross autographs ONE of the bottles!! Also, you get a free autographed picture of the best commentator of all time with each order. Don?t like the ketchup (and detention if you don?t), then they offer the same price and autographs for his Hot BBQ Sauce. Both are must have for any last minute WrestleMania party needs.

Now this offer is for those that like to ?impulse buy?. Did Uncle Sam give you a very high tax return? Well for about $150.00 Jim Ross is offering the biggest JR’s Beef Jerky offer in town! For $148.88, Jim Ross is going to give you FORTY-EIGHT bags (an entire case) of his jerky, an autographed picture, and (this will blow your mind) an AUTOGRAPHED JIM ROSS COOKBOOK!! This is a GREAT deal for Jim Ross? stuff if there is one.

Gold Stars are plenty tonight! Here is a list of all who earned a Gold Star from Mr. V:

Tom Van Stone ? Coming Soon, WrestleView created a brand new beautiful looking website. I think TVS deserved the most credit here. If you are a loyal student, you will really enjoy this new layout. Oops?I said too much.

David Stephens (2) ? For notching a perfect 8-0 record in the latest Predictions From the Faculty. He also earned one for dealing with me all night during a taped ?Teacher’s Lounge? as the co-host.

Craig A. Cope, Paul Lyons, and Ricky Langston ? They are the best of the student’s batch this time around. They did an impressive 7-1 on the Destination X picks and therefore are invited to be the next Students of the Week for Predictions from the Faculty (WrestleMania Edition).

TJ Patton ? For being a great ?Student of the Week?.

Daniel Browne and David Stephens ? Current leaders of Predictions from the Faculty, but it is still way too early to determine who will win this year.

Chris Jericho ? For his manager abilities on NXT

Alex Riley ? Your NEW FCW Heavyweight Champion. He defeated Justin Gabriel and Wade Barrett in a Triple Threat.

Jimmy and Jules Uso ? They are your NEW FCW Tag Team Champions! They defeated The Fortunate Sons (Brett DiBiase and Joe Hennig) recently. Does that mean we may see a new ?Legacy??

Jeff Hardy and RVD ? This is actually a dream tag team for me. They actually worked very well on Last Monday’s Impact.

Kyle O?Reily and Tony Kozina ? This match may be a couple of no-names to the professional wrestling scene, however these two put on a great match on ROH on HDNet. Definitely check this one out.

Adam Martin ? For letting me join the Friday Fishbowl this week. It was a great show and I encourage you all to check it out.

Mick Foley ? For ?accidently? punching Bubba the Love Sponge in the face. Awesome Kong was proud of you. Now I don?t condone violence, but the jerk deserved it.

Jose Marrero ? Thank you for allowing up to interview you this week.

Josh Piedra ? Thank you for letting us interview you next week. It should be a fantastic interview.

Ring of Honor Wrestling ? I hear (from sources) that some of you read my recaps. Thank you for doing so and I enjoy recapping a show that keeps getting better.

Matt Striker ? Attempting to rap to R-Truth’s theme. It was absolutely hysterical.

WWE Music Department ? Nice job on the Luke Gallows? theme song. Makes him more of a beast.

To all that completed the homework assignment ? I thank you so much for your feedback, I really appreciate your time in sending me a nice e-mail.

Good Ideas and Bad Ideas (By: The WrestleView Students)

From Michael Williamson

Good Idea: Revitalize your company’s’ biggest monster with a run for the belt.
Bad Idea: By making him the lap dog of an aged, slow, broken down “Elvis of Professional Wrestling”.

Good Idea: Put your longest tenured Superstars in a Match of the Year at WrestleMania.
Bad Idea: Give us the same match two years in a row with a seriously predictable ending. I don’t think it’s much of a reach to say that The Streak is about to end.

From Jamel Watson

Good Idea: Money In the Bank Ladder match
Bad idea: Putting Drew McIntyre (not spelled right) in the MITB

Good Idea: Daffney in the Beautiful People (for one night only)
Bad Idea: Lacey Von Erich in the Beautiful People (on talent not looks)

Good Idea: Chris Jericho on NXT
Bad Idea: Carlito… on NXT

Good Idea: Having Justin Gabriel, Daniel Bryan, Wade Barrett, and David Otunga on NXT
Bad Idea: Having Heath Slater and Michael Tarver on NXT instead of Kaval and Joe Hennig.

Good Idea: Trish Stratus being named the most impactful woman in WWE history.
Bad Idea: Having Kelly Kelly and Vickie on that list higher then Ivory and Jacqueline and Lita and Wendi Richter not being higher up.

From Michael Phillips

Good Idea: NXT in general
Bad Idea: No one actually caring about NXT

Good Idea: Having a great incentive to Pitch a Perfect game for MLB 2k10
Bad Idea: Still getting your butt kicked by MLB 2010: The Show in sales 4 to 1 (from a buddy of mine who works for GameStop)

Good Idea: Shawn Michaels vs. Undertaker again
Bad Idea: Shawn Michaels vs. Undertaker yet again, only 1 of 2 things can happen… the end of Shawn Michaels career or the end of the most impressive streak with the except of the UCONN women.

From Gregory Walek

Good Idea: Wearing a mask that’s different colors each weak.
Bad Idea: Wearing a mask that’s colors you someone’s gimp.

Homework Assignment

1) Keep those ?Good Ideas, Bad Ideas? coming. It has been a pleasure to read.

2) Mr. V has a new favorite show outside of professional wrestling. The back story was that I could not sleep on a Saturday Morning and tried to watch TV to help me fall asleep. Then I approached something that was so fantastic that I could get my eyes off the TV set. It was a food competition on Travel Channel?and it took place in Pittsburgh!!

The show I am talking about is ?Man vs. Food?. The host of the show challenges himself to eating the biggest or hottest recipes all around the United States. In Pittsburgh, his main challenge was ?The Atomic Wings Challenge? at Quaker Steak and Lube in Robinson Township, PA. They are the spiciest thing I ever had (could not finish one and I could not sue because I signed a waiver which is mandatory in order to eat the wings). I am a man that loves food, especially large portions (I still have room in my stomach for challenges). I will leave this one up to my wonderful students. I will tell you the two challenges I am willing to attempt and you decide which one I should accept. I like to keep my columns as student friendly as possible.

So, here are the choices:

1) One Pound Burger at Cheeburger Cheeburger. The goal here is to finish off a one pound burger, fries, and a HUGE milkshake. I only made it to ? of the burger last time and if I devour this huge amount of meat, then I get my picture posted on their Wall of Fame.

2) The Angry Mob at King’s Family Restaurant. This dessert I took down once when it was called The King’s Castle. It was twelve scoops of ice cream in a castle like bowl. I earned a button and I still show it off like a nerd to this very day. However, the Mob consists of six scoops EACH of chocolate and vanilla ice cream AND twelve mini brownies that are known at King’s as ?Frownies?. It is very delicious in my opinion. If I am successful, I get a poster.

So students, let me know what challenge I should accept. I am not doing both of them, just one.

Dismissal

Well, that does it for me this week. I thank you all for reading and I hope you enjoyed this column as much as I typed it out. If you want to get a hold of me during the week, please e-mail me at mistervwv@hotmail.com or by leaving me a message on Facebook. I did respond to all your e-mails this week and I was happy to do so since I got this upgrade on my computer.

Now, students you are allowed to leave the classroom. Please push in your chairs, line up straight, and exit to the closest door around you. Until Predictions from the Faculty, you are??DISMISSED!!!!

Mr. V does read e-mail, so drop the teacher a line: mistervwv@hotmail.com.

Look for Mr. V on Facebook under Anthony J. Valvo in the Pittsburgh Network

If you enjoy Mr. V’s WrestleView columns, then take a look at my work on my other site Examiner.com

Check out my recent Examiner articles! Heck, you can even subscribe to my articles! Help me earn a little bit more cash by just going to the link, please. I have been updating my page each week with recaps and if it continues to be successful, who knows what I will do.

Also, be sure to look out for ?The Teacher’s Lounge? (w/hosts David Stephens and Mr. V), DEBUTING THIS SATURDAY to The WrestleView Radio Network. For $4.99 you can listen to the likes of Hunter Golden, Adam Martin, Tom Van Stone, Doug Lackey, and so much more!! I will be honest to say that we do offer the best value in paid content. So for a couple bucks less than a bag of Dunkin? Donuts Coffee, you can get all of the above.

Finally to end this column, I would like to thank those who read all of my work. My ROH Recaps are still among the most viewed and my Examiner page is among the top 5 among all examiners in the Pittsburgh Area. This is the most motivated I have been in writing in some time, so thanks to all of you.

If not for the students, there would be no Mr. V. Thanks for reading my column.

Be Sure to enjoy WrestleMania!!! Like Christmas, it only happens once a year students!! I shall end this with a tune

But instead of Christmas, think of the word ?WrestleMania?
