El Terrible & Texano Jr. Suspended in Guadalajara

This week it was announced that El Terrible & Texano Jr. have been suspended for 2 months from competing in Arena Coliseo Guadalajara. Apparently they beat the hell out of a fan who felt the need to strike El Terrible when he fell into the front row during a match last week.

11) CMLL Heavyweight Title: Ultimo Guerrero (c) def. Hector Garza to retain the title!
– This was the full Block A of CMLL’s National Parejas Increibles Tournament. The coolest thing coming out of all this was Mistico’s full on rudo turn for the tournament. Mistico even went after his Super Sky Team partner Volador Jr. in the Quarterfinals ripping his mask and even fouling him behind the referee’s back to get the pin! After the match Mistico said that all was fair in protecting his city (Mexico City) and then actually threw a beer in Volador’s face and continued to beat on him! In the back Mistico even said he would be willing to face Volador in a Title Match or a Mask Match. Mistico’s dirty tactics continued in the Semifinals when he ripped up Mascara’s mask but in the end Atlantis forced Averno to submit. This rudo turn was probably only for this tournament but if Mistico decides to stay rudo things could get REALLY interesting. So many fresh matchups would be available for that. Mistico & Averno even wore cool masks (and tights) that was a combination of both their masks. The following is Mistico (courtesy of Super Luchas):

– In the Main Event Guerrero successfully defended his belt for 8th time and 3rd against Garza. Guerrero is now halfway to tying CMLL’s record for most successful Heavyweight title defenses. Universo 2000 has the record with 16 (from 2000-2003).
