The trailer for Triple H’s movie “The Chaperone” plays. Why do they even try?

Melina works over her for a bit with some sloppy moves. The silence of the crowd is insane. They could care less. I concur with their feelings.

Tamina clotheslines and dropkicks Melina a few times and they botch another move. This is just brutal. Tamina gets a near fall with a flapjack. Melina avoids a splash and snaps her off the top rope for a near fall. Melina hits the Sunset Split for the win. This may be the saddest match I’ve seen yet from the divas.

Mike’s Thoughts

I was just getting down with Zack and Primo… and they jobbed them out tonight. I’d like to see Zack and Primo get some face time on Raw and maybe become serious contenders for the titles. I think they have some decent chemistry.

I can’t get over how pathetically sad that divas match was. The match, first of all, was sloppy as hell. I know I criticized the Gail Kim match a few weeks ago for doing moves that are too complicated for the skill sets of most divas. This week they had trouble with catapults and roll ups. It’s inexcusable. The other thing was how silent the crowd was. They barely reacted to anything. It was amazing how the entire crowd could care less. I’ve seen it before in diva matches but this was just amazing. Maybe it’s finally time to rethink the handling of this division. Hopefully Awesome Kong gives this division a shot of excitement. If they fail with her then they need to pull the plug because it’ll be terminal at that point.

The main event was a little boring, in my opinion. I just couldn’t get into it. That’s kind of like how this show is for me. It’s a little boring and hard to get into… most of the time at least. Tonight it was very boring and hard to get into.

Final Rating: * 1/2
