CHIKARA Gets Set for Final Stretch of the Year
On 09/17 CHIKARA begins it’s final stretch of the 2011 which will see 12 events over the next 4 months including their first iPPV, the return of Torneo Cibernetico, and the huge JoshiMania 3-day event in December highlighting the best women’s wrestlers in the world. CHIKARA kicks things off on 09/17 (“Odyssey of The Twelfth Talisman) and 09/18 (“Martyr Yourself to Caution”), and then returns in October for 4 big events. On 10/07 (“Small But Mighty”) and 10/08 (“Klunk In Love”) CHIKARA will invade the south with events in North Carolina and Tennessee and will see international stars make appearances. Japanese stars Atsushi Kotoge, Daisuke Harada, and Kana from Osaka Pro and the gorgeous Australian women’s wrestler Jessie McKay will take part in that weekend’s events. CHIKARA then returns on 08/29 (“No Safety In Numbers”) and 08/30 (“Maiden Flight of The Great Condor”) for the final events of October. On 11/12 (Cibernetico: The Animated Series”) the Torneo Cibernetico returns! Then, on 11/13 CHIKARA invades iPPV with their very first iPPV (“High Noon”) where the 12-Large Summit Tournament will come to a close and the very first CHIKARA Champion will be crowned. This will be the “official” end of CHIKARA’s “season” (year), but it won’t be the final CHIKARA shows of the year. In December (12/02-12/04) CHIKARA presents a special 3 night event which will showcase the best women’s wrestler from all over the world in a very unique event called “JoshiMania.” The full schedule of events is below:
