Hello everyone, and welcome to this week’s WWE Superstars recap.

If you all are ready, then since Adelitas Way is playing the intro, let’s get on with the show!

Hunico w/Camacho vs. “The Cape Town Werewolf” Justin Gabriel

Lock-up and Hunico with a waistlock. Gabriel takes him down, but Hunico with a headscissors that Gabriel kips out of to get away. Lock-up and Hunico with a side headlock, followed by a shoulder tackle after Gabriel Irish whipped out of the hold. Gabriel then comes back by hitting a pair of monkey flips. Hunico sends Gabriel onto the apron, but Gabriel nails him with a forearm, followed by a springboard crossbody for a nearfall. Hunico with a series of kicks to Gabriel, followed by sending him into the corner. Hunico with a chop, but Gabriel comes back with one of his own. Hunico then comes back with a pair of chops to Gabriel. Hunico charges, but Gabriel leaps over him to get away and that sends Hunico shoulder first into the ringpost and to the outside. Gabriel goes out onto the apron, leaps over Camacho and hits a rana on Hunico, taking out the cameraman. Gabriel sends Hunico back into the ring, but then Camacho gets in Gabriel’s face and that distraction allows Hunico to try and capitalize. However, Gabriel nails Hunico with a shoulder, followed by a Sunset flip for a nearfall. Hunico then comes back with a kick to the chest of Gabriel as we go to commercial.

Commercial

Back from commercial as Gabriel with another Sunset flip for a nearfall. Hunico then comes back with a kick to Gabriel’s head, followed by locking in a rear chinlock. Gabriel tries to break free with a series of elbows, but Hunico comes back with a knee to the gut. Hunico throws up Gabriel, but in mid-air, Gabriel nails Hunico with a dropkick. Gabriel with a series of kicks to Hunico, followed by a forearm and finally a back heel kick for a nearfall. Hunico comes back with a knee, but Gabriel blocks a side suplex. Hunico rolls Gabriel up, then picks Gabriel up for a one arm powerbomb for a nearfall. Hunico with a waistlock, but Gabriel counters it. Hunico then with his own counter and hits a standing belly-to-belly suplex. Hunico charges, but runs into a boot by Gabriel. Gabriel goes for a moonsault into an inverted DDT a la AJ Styles, but Hunico counters the DDT into one of his own for a nearfall. Hunico goes up top for the Fallen Star, but Gabriel gets his knees up and then gets a nearfall. Irish whip by Hunico, but he runs into another boot by Gabriel. Gabriel fakes out Hunico, but Camacho gets on the apron to distract Gabriel allowing Hunico to crotch Gabriel on the ropes. Hunico sets for a belly-to-belly superplex, but Gabriel counters it in mid-air into a pin attempt.

However, Hunico rolls through it and then hooks the tights to get the victory.

Winner: Hunico by pinfall (Hooking the tights)

Alicia Fox & Kaitlyn vs. Natalya & “The Glamazon” Beth Phoenix

Fox and Natalya will start things off for their teams. Natalya with a waistlock, then takes Fox down to the mat, getting a nearfall. Natalya pushes Fox down to the mat, but Fox kicks Natalya and then spanks her. Natalya with a slap to Fox and then hits a monkey flip, but Fox lands on her feet. Fox then with a headscissors takeover for a nearfall. Tag into Kaitlyn as Fox with a snapmare, followed by a dropkick by Kaitlyn for a nearfall. Tag into Beth and she kicks Kaitlyn in the gut, but then Kaitlyn comes back with a crossbody for a nearfall. Tag into Fox, who hits a dropkick on Beth for another nearfall. Fox hiptosses Natalya onto Beth and then Fox hits a baseball slide on Beth. Back in the ring. Beth with a kick to the ribs of Fox. Fox then does a matrix move and hits Beth with a kick. Tag into Natalya, but Fox chokes Natalya with her boot. Tag into Kaitlyn, who hits a backbreaker for a nearfall. However, Kaitlyn is favoring her leg and that allows Natalya to hit Kaitlyn in the back of the leg. Tag into Beth and she & Natalya make a wish on Kaitlyn for a nearfall. Beth kicks Kaitlyn in the leg, then tags in Natalya as Beth Irish whips Natalya into the corner to nail Kaitlyn with an avalanche. Kaitlyn is able to avoid a second avalanche, but Natalya prevents Kaitlyn from making the tag. Tag into Beth, who locks Kaitlyn in a half crab. Natalya knocks Fox off the apron, but Fox comes back with a Thesz Press on Natalya.

Beth sends Fox through the ropes and to the outside, but then Kaitlyn surprises Beth with an inside cradle for the upset victory.

Winners: Alicia Fox & Kaitlyn by pinfall (Inside Cradle)

Commercial

Back from commercial, we go to this week’s “RAW Rebound”, highlighting what happened between AJ, CM Punk & Daniel Bryan before the main event.

Main Event: Jinder Mahal vs. Alex Riley

Lock-up and Mahal with a waistlock, but Riley counters with a side headlock takedown. Mahal then gets Riley into a pinning predicament for a nearfall. Mahal shoves Riley, but Riley comes back with a right hand. Irish whip by Riley, but he runs into an elbow by Mahal. Mahal goes out to the outside, then Riley gives chase. However, Mahal nails Riley back in the ring with a knee, followed by a butterfly suplex for a nearfall. Mahal with a chinlock, then turns it into a side headlock. Riley breaks free, then comes back with a dropkick and a right hand, followed by a kick to the head. Riley with right hands to Mahal in the corner, but Mahal sends Riley onto the apron. Riley goes up top, but Mahal nails him with a forearm to the head, knocking Riley off the ropes and to the outside. Mahal then drives Riley backfirst into the apron as we go to commercial.

Commercial

Back from commercial as Mahal hits a series of kneedrops to the chest of Riley for a nearfall. Riley comes back with a headbutt and an Irish whip, but runs into a boot by Mahal. Mahal then with an elbow drop for another nearfall. Mahal then locks in a head and arm lock on Riley. Mahal then with a knee to the gut, followed by sending Riley to the outside. Mahal reaches through the ropes, but Riley comes back with a sliding kick to the head. Riley with a pair of clotheslines, followed by catching Mahal off the ropes with a spinebuster. Riley is all fired up, but Mahal desperately sends Riley onto the apron. Riley comes back with a shoulder to the ribs and heads up top, hitting a flying clothesline for a nearfall. Riley goes for the Implant DDT, but Mahal counters it into a Flatliner for a nearfall. Mahal signals for the Camel Clutch, but Riley rolls him up for a nearfall. Riley lifts up Mahal for the Final Score, but Mahal counters it into a roll-up for a nearfall. Riley then is able to hit the Implant DDT for a close nearfall. Mahal then comes back with a slam for a nearfall. Mahal with a series of kicks in the corner, followed by slapping Riley. Irish whip by Riley and he catches Mahal on his shoulder as Mahal tries to go up & over. Mahal fights out with elbows, but misses a running knee.

However, Riley then misses an enziguri and this allows Mahal to lock in the Camel Clutch, leaving Riley no choice but to tapout.

Winner: Jinder Mahal by submission (Camel Clutch)

Mahal celebrates his victory as we go to credits.
