Hello everyone, and welcome to this week’s WWE Superstars recap.

If you all are ready, then since Adelitas Way is playing the intro, let’s get on with the show!

Before our first match, we get to learn a word from Antonio Cesaro in #5Languages. The word of the week is exceptional.

WWE United States Champion Antonio Cesaro w/Aksana vs. Justin Gabriel

Lock-up and Cesaro with a hiptoss for a nearfall. Cesaro with a front chancery, but Gabriel counters with a wristlock. Cesaro counters that with a single arm back drop and then holds on to the wrist. Gabriel tries to escape, but Cesaro holds on and switches to a hammerlock. Cesaro then goes to a keylock, Gabriel counters out into a hammerlock, but Cesaro gets to the ropes. Cesaro goes to the outside where he gets a kiss from Aksana before heading back into the ring. Cesaro with a side headlock, followed by a shoulder tackle off an Irish whip and then goes back to the side headlock. Gabriel gets out and hits a dropkick. Cesaro tries for a hiptoss, but Gabriel lands on his feet and hits a single leg sweep, followed by a monkey flip. Gabriel heads up top and leaps off, but Cesaro gets his knees up. Cesaro leaps onto Gabriel’s ribs for a nearfall. Cesaro applies a surfboard, followed by a knee to the ribs for another nearfall. Cesaro drops Gabriel on the top turnbuckle, followed by a soccer kick to the ribs for yet another nearfall. Cesaro locks Gabriel in a quarter nelson with a chinlock. However, Gabriel counters out and rolls up Cesaro for a nearfall. Gabriel with a drop toe hold that sends Cesaro into the ropes. Gabriel tries for a springboard moonsault, but again Cesaro is able to get the knees up. Cesaro gains another nearfall as we go to commercial.

Commercial

Back from commercial as Cesaro with a series of kicks to Gabriel. Gabriel comes back with some chops to Cesaro, followed by a forearm, but Cesaro comes baclkwith a knee, followed by hitting a dead lift side salto for a nearfall. Cesaro applies a reverse chin lock, then switches to an abdominal stretch. Cesaro grabs the ropes for extra leverage and the referee does not see it. Cesaro then lifts Gabriel’s leg to add more pressure, but Gabriel is able to get out by hitting a hiptoss. Cesaro comes back with a kick to the head, followed by leaping onto the Gabriel’s ribs again. Cesaro leaps onto the ribs 2 more times, this times using the ropes as a spring to gain another nearfall. Cesaro goes back to the reverse chinlock. Gabriel comes back with an elbow and a series of right hands. Both men then exchanges right hands and chops until Gabriel gains the advantage with a series of kicks, including a roundhouse kick. Gabriel with a spinning heel kick after a charge into the corner, followed by a springboard cross body for a nearfall. Gabriel heads up top, but Cesaro gets up. Gabriel leaps over Cesaro and lands on his feet, but Cesaro lifts up Gabriel, drilling him with Swiss Death.

Cesaro with a crack of the neck, then hits Gabriel with the Neutralizer for the victory.

Winner: WWE United States Champion Antonio Cesaro by pinfall (Neurtalizer)

Commercial

WWE Divas Champion Layla vs. Natalya

Natalya talks trash to Layla, then Natalya tries for a rollup, but Layla hits a kick. Natalya with a fireman’s carry into an armbar. Layla gets out with a headscissors, but Natalya escapes. A shoving match ensues until Layla with a rollup for a nearfall. Layla with a kick, but Natalya floats over off an Irish whip. Layla hits another kick, followed by a turnaround cross body from the corner, but Natalya keeps a hold of Layla, picking her up. Layal then with a roll-up for another nearfall. Layla then does a little dance that incenses Natalya and she goes to the outside where she has words with the announcers who got a kick outta it. Layla then goes to the outside, where she spanks Natalya. Natalya drops Layla onto the apron, then lifts up Layla for the Canadian Backbreaker submission hold. Layla escapes, but Natalya with a clothesline for a nearfall. Natalya hits a backbreaker, followed by keeping a hold of Layla for another submission attempt. Layla is able to get out, though, with a series of kicks to the head. Natalya then with a suplex for a nearfall. Layla comes back with a series of right hands and forearms to Natalya, but runs into an elbow. Layla then blocks a kick and slaps Natalya.

Layla then hits a series of kicks, followed by a version of a superkick for the victory.

Winner: WWE Divas Champion Layla by pinfall (Superkick)

Natalya throws a tantrum on the outside while Layla celebrates her victory as we go to commercial.

Back from commercial as we head into the next match, Damien Sandow has a mic, as he begs our indulgence for a moment. Sandow says that he is here to help all of us. As the intellectual savior and martyr, he accepts the fact that he stands before us as our unwilling hero. He liberated us from our self imposed ignorance. Sandow says that he does this not for his own satisfaction. He does this for the betterment and benefit of everyone. Sandow closes by saying that we are all welcome.

This leads to……

Damien Sandow vs. Alex Riley

Riley with a side headlock, followed by a shoulder tackle. Sandow with a shove to Riley, then leaves the ring before Riley can return fire. Sandow demands silence as he re-enters the ring. Riley blocks a kick, followed by hitting his hiptoss suplex. Riley with the 10 punches to Sandow in the corner, but Sandow breaks free and kicks Riley in the leg, knocking him down to the mat.

Sandow with a series of kicks to Riley and then uses the ropes for extra leverage. Sandow gains a nearfall, then hits a knee to the back, followed by locking in a quarter nelson with a chinlock. Riley tries to break free, but Sandow with a knee, followed by a side Russian leg sweep. Sandow then with the Elbow of Disdain for a nearfall. Sandow goes for a leaping knee drop, but Riley moves out of the way.

Riley with a clothesline, a shoulder tackle and finally a spinebuster for a nearfall. Riley goes for the Implant DDT, but Sandow sends Riley into the corner. Sandow charges, but runs into an elbow. Riley heads up top and hits the A-Bomb for a close nearfall. Riley lifts up Sandow for the Final Score, but Sandow fights out with elbows and gets to the apron. Sandow then hotshots Riley on the top rope.

Sandow hits the straightjacket neckbreaker for the victory.

Winner: Damien Sandow by pinfall (Straitjacket Neckbreaker)

After the match, Sandow does his celebratory cartwheel as we go to commercial.

Back from commercial, we go to this week’s “RAW Rebound”, highlighting what happened between CM Punk & John Cena before the main event.

Epico & Primo w/Rosa Mendes vs. WWE Tag Team Champions Kofi Kingston & R-Truth

Truth and Primo start things off as Truth with a “What’s up”. Primo wants to talk to Little Jimmy and Primo poses with him. Primo then kicks Little Jimmy, which incenses Truth, who takes down Primo and unloads with right hands. Truth with a shoulder tackle, followed by an uppercut and then tags in Kofi. Kofi with a springboard cross body for a nearfall. Kofi with a side headlock but Primo counters with a keylock into a side headlock. Primo hits a shoulder tackle, but Kofi with a leaping back elbow for a nearfall. Kofi hits a headscissors takeover, then Epico tags in and hits a monkey flip, but Kofi lands on his feet. Kofi then with a monkey flip of his own for a nearfall. Tag to Truth as the champs with a double hiptoss, followed by a Kofi kick to the head. Truth then with his split, followed by his little dance before hitting a leg drop for a nearfall.

Epico sends Truth to the outside where Primo nails him with a kick while the referee deals with Kofi. Back in the ring, Epico hits a slingshot senton onto Truth, followed by choking Truth in the ropes. Tag to Primo, who hits a splash onto Truth’s back for a nearfall. Primo with a chinlock, but Truth breaks free. However, Primo with a drop toe hold to keep Truth from making the tag. Epico & Primo with a fast series of tags, but then Truth fights his way out of the corner, however Epico Irish whips Truth into a dropkick for a nearfall. Primo then goes back to the chinlock. Truth breaks free, followed by hitting a leg lariat.

Epico and Kofi tag in as Kofi with a springboard clothesline to Epico, followed by a pair of dropkicks to Primo. Kofi hits the Superman punch, followed by the Boom Drop to Epico. Kofi sets up for Trouble in Paradise, but Epico avoids it. However, Kofi with a crossbody for a nearfall. Primo comes in, but Truth sends him to the outside.

Truth with a kick to Epico, then this time Kofi hits Trouble in Paradise for the victory.

Winners: WWE Tag Team Champions Kofi Kingston & R-Truth by pinfall (Trouble in Paradise)

The champs celebrate their victory as we go to credits.
