Negro Casas to Japan
New Japan previously announced that CMLL’s Negro Casas will be taking part in their Super Juniors Tag Tournament and this week they announced the 1st Round Matchups. Casas and his partner Tetsuya Bushi will be facing CMLL regular Taichi & former WWE Light Heavyweight Champion Taka Michinoku. Regardless of when Casas is eliminated in the tournament he will be sticking around for awhile after it. The tournament starts on 10/21. All of his scheduled matches so far are below:

Former CHIKARA Star Gets Try Out with TNA
At this week’s Impact former CHIKARA Young Lions Cup winner Lince Dorado received a try-out in a Dark Match against Tag Team Champion Kazarian. No word on if he was given a contract offer or not. Since leaving CHIKARA Dorado has primarily worked the Florida INDY scene while attending college along with various other INDY and lucha promotions.
DG-USA Stars Retain Belts In Japan
On 10/06 in Japan Open the Freedom Gate Champion Johnny Gargano successfully defended his belt against Ryo Saito and then CIMA & AR Fox beat Masato Yoshino & Naruki Doi to retain their Open the United Gate Titles. They will all defend the belts at DG-USA’s November events.
