Alex Koslov Officially Leaves D-MEX

Koslov has recently turned rudo but never really spoke out in a promo about leaving D-Generation MEX but this week he explained it all (kayfabe) to Box y Lucha. Koslov said that he, Rocky, & X-Pac had high goals when they started D-MEX but Rocky & Pac made it into a big joke. He says that Pac looked like a fool in his feud with Zorro and Koslov had to carry both he and Romero. Koslov said that he isn’t a loser so that’s why he decided to join the winning team, with the rudos.

Super Crazy Continues Success in Japan

Crazy continued his success this week in Japan starting it off in a big Six-Man tag on 08/01 when he along with former TNA star Petey Williams & Osamu Nishimura beat Taru, Minoru, & Hate, and continuing by fighting former WCW star Kaz Hayashi to a Time Limit Draw on 08/02. Crazy’s winning streak was broken, though, on 08/05 when youngster KAI was able to upset Super Crazy in one of the final opening round matchups moving KAI (6) ahead of Super Crazy (5) by one point to take the lead of Block A setting up the Semifinals Matchups. KAI (Block A 1st place) will face Shuji Kondo (Block B 1st place) and Super Crazy (Block A 2nd place) will face Minoru (Block B 1st place and the overall point leader with 8). Those matches will take place tonight with the Finals also taking place later on in the card.

Dos Caras Jr. Dropping the Mask, New Name in FCW, Sicodelico Gets New Name As Well
At a FCW show in Tampa on 07/30 Dos Caras Jr. reportedly wrestled without his mask under the name Alberto Banderas (he was just using Dos before this in FCW with his mask). He was defeated by Alex Riley in a one-on-one match. This further proves how full of crap Dos Caras Jr. is. When he left CMLL for WWE Dos claimed that IN his contract it stated that he would skip FCW and go straight to the main WWE roster, he would keep using his mask and name (him owning it with WWE having the licensing for it for the time he was in WWE) and all that was guaranteed. I really don’t think he will ever make up to the main roster. In related news Dos’ cousin (and the guy Dos teamed up with when he first came into FCW) El Sicodelico (Sicodelico Jr.) has officially gone through a name change of his own to Espiral but still keeps the same mask. That is a horrible name. Here is his official roster picture from FCW’s website:

L.A. Park Coming to Pro Wrestling Revolution
Last week PWR announced via their website that L.A. Park (the original La Parka) would be coming to PWR for their 09/12 show in Santa Maria, California! They teased a possible match with the Border Patrol in the announcement as well.

PWR & NWA Team Up Once Again
PWR and the NWA will be teaming up for a big show on 08/09 once again this time in Arizona for a TV Taping with one match already set and it’s a big one! NWA World Heavyweight Champion Blue Demon Jr. will be defending his belt in a Three Way Dance against PWR Champion Oliver John and Lucha legend Super Crazy! Also, scheduled to appear are Lucha star Super Porky, Apollo (yeah right), Adam Pearce, Hijo de Rey Misterio, & more!

Super X to Run 2 Shows a Week
At a press conference this week Juventud Guerrera announced that his new promotion, Super X GPCW, would begin running Wednesday & Sunday shows at Bazaar Pericoapa (which he referred to as Arena Super X) starting on August 29th. This would be a big thing that he is pulling it off if it goes as planned. The following pic is from the press conference (courtesy of Record):

Dragonmania Rescheduled
It was announced this week that Ultimo Dragon’s “Dragonmania” for his Toryumon Mexico promotion had finally been rescheduled. The event was originally scheduled for May but due to the Swine Flu had to be postponed. It’s now scheduled for August 22nd at CMLL’s Arena Mexico. No word on a card or if any CMLL talent will take part in the event this year.
