Show opens inside Dario Cueto’s office where he is with Fenix, Drago and Aerostar. Cueto puts Fenix in the Trios Tournament, but not with Drago and Aerostar, with Jack Evans and PJ Black. Cueto then makes Drago vs. Aerostar for one of the seven Aztec Medallions.
For Aztec Medallion #2: Aerostar def. Drago by pinfall with a Springboard Splash.
Backstage vignette with Johnny Mundo and Taya where she tells Mundo that he will be wrestling Cage next week in a Steel Cage for another one of the seven Aztec Medallions.
Trios Tournament First Round Match: Fenix, Jack Evans & PJ Black def. The Disciples of Death w/Catrina by pinfall when Fenix pins the gold-masked Disciple with a Springboard 450.
Inside Dario Cueto’s office, he announces to Trios Champions Angelico, Son of Havoc and Ivelisse that even though they are the champs, they are in the Trios Tournament and will defend the titles in a 4-Way Elimination Match against the three trios that have advanced in the tournament.
Backstage vignette where Catrina yells at the Disciples of Death for failing her again. Leads to the purple-masked Disciple killing his other two partners by ripping out their still-beating hearts. Catrina leaves with a smile on her face with the purple-masked Disciple.
Main Event for the Lucha Underground Title: Matanza Cueto (c) w/Dario Cueto & Mil Muertes w/Catrina went to a No Contest after Muertes hit Straight to Hell on Matanza through the roof of Dario Cueto’s office. Dario and Catrina had a staredown as the show closed, with Catrina holding up the Rock of Death and Dario holding up the key to Matanza’s cage, with Dario yelling out “WAR!” to Catrina.
