Five years ago today – Bret Hart Day
On May 27, 2013, WWE held a Bret Hart Appreciation Night immediately following RAW in Calgary, Alberta Canada. During the celebration, Jerry Lawler revealed that the City of Calgary made May 27, 2013 Bret Hart Day. Bret’s accomplishments were mentioned in the letter sent in by the City of Calgary and a very nice video tribute was shown for The Hitman. Pat Patterson, Chris Jericho, Shawn Michaels and Vince McMahon made appearances.
