Live Nation out in the UK is advertising a Fatal 4-Way #1 Contenders Match for the June 18 WWE UK King of the Ring live special airing on WWE Network from Royal Albert Hall between Toni Storm, Jinny, Isla Dawn and Killer Kelly, where the winner will challenge for the NXT Women’s Championship on the June 19 live special.
Storm competed in the Mae Young Classic last year and has been heavily rumored in talks with WWE to be signed for the impending WWE UK touring brand. Jinny is the current PROGRESS Women’s Champion, having recently defeated Storm for the championship. Dawn and Kelly have competed in PROGRESS, Pro Wrestling EVE and RevPro in recent months.
WWE has not officially confirmed the match as of this writing.
The following cards have also been advertised for the upcoming WWE tour of Japan in late June, as the Smackdown brand is set to run two shows in Tokyo on June 29 and June 30.
