ESPN.com is reporting that former WWE star and Divas Champion Kaitlyn (Celeste Bonin) will be making her return to WWE to take part in the Mae Young Classic this August.
Bonin left WWE four years ago and has since launched a clothing line. She departed WWE just five months after winning the then-Divas Championship.
She started training for a return to the ring and did some wrestling appearances for Coastal Championship Wrestling down in Florida not long ago. Bonin spoke with ESPN about making her return to WWE this summer and being nervous.
“I am certainly nervous because the level of competition is so much higher and there are so many different women from around the world and they bring skill levels. But it’s just so exciting.”
WWE posted this video update about the announcement.
