While initial details were not available immediately, PWInsider is reporting that WWE has won a major concussion-related lawsuit brought against the company by former talent.

The 39-page ruling was issued by Judge Vanessa L. Bryant of the United States District Court of Connecticut on Monday, dismissing all lawsuits against WWE.

The lawsuits were first filed back in January of 2015, alleging a lack of protection when it came to former talents health, concussions, CTE and other head trauma injuries.

Back in 2016, then ESPN employee and former WWE announcer Jonathan Coachman spoke out against the lawsuit against WWE by an estimated 50 former performers. Coachman predicted the lawsuit would “go away” and ended up being correct.
