11/6 WWE Smackdown Live taping results:
* The taping opens with Smackdown Live GM Paige introducing Shane McMahon, the winner of the WWE World Cup Tournament at Crown Jewel. The crowd in Manchester was quite negative to Shane, including Paige referring to him as the “best in the world.” A loud “CM PUNK” chant broke out at one point (as noted in the video below). Paige and McMahon announce that Daniel Bryan will be the captain of Team Smackdown at Survivor Series. The Miz comes out and demands to be co-captain and gets his wish.

* Smackdown Tag Team Champions The Bar vs. new RAW Tag Team Champions The Authors of Pain is confirmed for Survivor Series.
* Daniel Bryan and The Miz reveal Shane McMahon will be on Team Smackdown.
* The Usos def. The New Day. After the match, The Usos invite New Day to be part of a Tag Team Elimination match at Survivor Series taking on two teams from RAW. New Day accepts and will join The Usos in the elimination tag match.
* Smackdown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch cuts a promo responding to RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey. She says Rousey is a hand-picked star who’s never been tested. Lynch demands a fight. NXT star Nikki Cross makes her debut, joined by Sanity.
* Smackdown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch def. Nikki Cross.
* Rey Mysterio def. Andrade “Cien” Almas to earn a spot on Team Smackdown. After the match, Randy Orton attacks Mysterio with an RKO.
* Charlotte Flair, Carmella, Naomi, Sonya Deville and Asuka will be part of Team Smackdown at Survivor Series. Mandy Rose isn’t happy she wasn’t picked for the team.
* Samoa Joe def. Jeff Hardy to earn a spot on Team Smackdown.
