Shinsuke Nakamura is the new United States Champion
We have a new WWE United States Champion.
Shinsuke Nakamura was able to regain the championship by defeating Rusev during the Royal Rumble Kickoff Show earlier today at Chase Field.
The end of the match saw Lana on the ring apron and Rusev charges to hit Nakamora, but he moves and Rusev accidentally bumps into Lana and she falls to the outside. This allowed Nakamura to charge Rusev with a kick onto the back of his head and get the pin.
In other results, RAW Tag Team Champions Bobby Roode and Chad Gable defeated Scott Dawson and Rezar in a tag team match.
