Mike and Maria Kanellis sign new five-year WWE deal

According to a new report from the Wrestling Observer/F4WOnline, Mike and Maria Kanellis have signed new multi-year contracts with WWE.

According to the same report Dave Meltzer at the Wrestling Observer has confirmed the Kanellis’ new WWE contract is a five-year deal.

We had previously reported at the end of May that Maria Kanellis had posted on Twitter that her and her husband’s deals were set to expire in three weeks.

After a short run with Impact Wrestling, Mike and Maria made their debut as a couple at the Money in the Bank Pay-Per View in June 2017.

Maria took a leave of absence from WWE in August 2017 due to her pregnancy. Mike then became an undercard talent and then became absent from WWE television.

Maria then returned for one special appearance to WWE television for RAW 25 in January 2018.  The couple welcomed their first child in April 2018.

Mike was moved to Monday Night RAW this past April as a result of the first Superstar Shake-Up following WrestleMania 35, and then was moved to Main Event.

The couple then made their surprise return on the October 10, 2018 episode of 205 Live.
