TMZ Sports is reporting that Jeff Hardy was arrested on Saturday in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for public intoxication and impairment.
The reason for the arrest is not clear, but Hardy was arrested on Saturday and made to take a mugshot. It is reported that Hardy was released sometime later in the day on a less than $200 bond.
Hardy has been out of action since April after undergoing knee surgery.
This is not Hardy’s first run-in with the law. Last year, Hardy was arrested after getting caught driving while impaired. His BAC was three times the legal limit at .25 then. Hardy also served 10 days in jail in 2011 following an arrest for cocaine and prescription pills.
