As per a new report from PWInsider, Fightful and several media outlets, WWE Superstar Jeff Hardy was arrested Thursday evening in Moore County, North Carolina and charged with driving while impaired.
According to the report, the Moore County Police Department confirmed that Hardy was released at around 11:30pm ET Thursday night after being incarcerated.
It was also noted that Moore County Police declined to provide additional details beyond the DWI charge, other than citing that this is an ongoing investigation.
Jeff Hardy was arrested just this past July in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for public intoxication and impairment. He was then released on a less than $200 bond.
In addition, in March of 2018, Hardy was arrested after getting caught driving while impaired. His BAC was three times the legal limit at .25.
Hardy has been out of action since April after undergoing knee surgery.
