WWE Champion Brock Lesnar returned to his alma mater, the University of Minnesota on Friday night to be honored as a Former Gopher and NCAA Heavyweight Champion.
Lesnar also served as an honorary coach in Minnesota’s wrestling meet against Wisconsin.
In addition, while at the University, he took time to give high-fives to kids and practice and pose with one of the wrestler’s from the University’s wrestling team.
Lesnar is a two-time NJCAA All-American, the 1998 NJCAA Heavyweight Champion, two-time NCAA All-American, two-time Big Ten Conference Champion and the 2000 NCAA Heavyweight Champion, with an overall record was 106-5 during his four years at the University of Minnesota.
